Myth: No real scientist believes in creation. 30 Ph.D. scientists help bust this old canard
by Gary Bates
Published: 16 July 2015 (GMT+10)
The myth that no real scientist believes in creation has probably been around longer than most reading this have been alive. It should have died a death a long time ago given the wealth of creation material produced by the various creation organizations and the qualified scientists who work for them, let alone the thousands of Bible-believing scientists who work in industry and universities around the world. But its a sound bite that the atheists like to use to discredit anyone who attempts to defend the biblical account of creation. Unfortunately, in the age of the Internet, where anyone can post anything at anytime, whether true or false, the myth has found new life. But this is actually a case of playing the man instead of the ball and avoiding the facts that blatantly reveal otherwise.
The real problem is that most Christians have never heard sound evidences or arguments defending Genesis creation and so they are often caught off guard by such elephant hurling. This is one of the reasons that CMI, in all of its offices around the world, primarily visits churches. Thanks to these visits, many Christians are made aware of, and have access to, the preponderance of creation information.

Science was not the work of western secularists
or even deists;
it was entirely the work of devout believers
in an active, conscious, creator God.
Rodney Stark
No real biologist think babies aren’t human.
And no True Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge.
There’s not ONE missing link - there’s million of ‘missing links’... In fact ALL the links are missing. That should be a tip off that ‘evolution’s’ not all it’s cracked up to be.
Thirty Ph.D.’s.
That’s all they could find—30?
Pathetic.
Which version of Creation? The article carefully doesn’t say.
There are lots of scientists who believe in some version. Not very many who believe the Young Earth variant.
Evolution is arrested; revolution is now in force.
If God is exceeds science and all you’re looking at is science, then you aren’t looking at everything, are you?
Science was not the work of western secularists or even deists; it was entirely the work of devout believers in an active, conscious, creator God.
Stark is correct, but many of those Christians were nonetheless NOT young-earth creationists. Consider Fr. Georges LeMaitre, who first theorized the Big Bang. Or Rev. Charles Darwin, whose interests were less Christian. Or Fr. Gregor Mendel.
The Bible = Word of God gives not one hint, this earth is young. Peter says there are three heaven/earth ages. All souls were created at the same time, and all souls are given the opportunity to take this flesh journey. Evolution is from the devil who has already been judged and sentenced to death. He intends to take with him as many as will.
so if we view our own mind as ultimately logical code running in a machine...if we believe we can create artificial intelligence...
And if you believe science fiction artificial self aware minds a self aware self directing algorithm( be it 2001s HAL, or Skynet, or Star Trek Mr.Data)
then why is it so hard to wrap your mind around the concept around the idea that omnipresent, out side of time, eternal theory of everything code, that algorithm. ....was /is big and vast enough to be self aware and self directing?
A concept of God for atheist....God is self aware logic and reason that logic code science looks for that creates the universe....if you believe you can create a self aware machine...software code... self aware logic... is that concept that far a stretch?
The title was sarcastic.

All souls were created at the same time??
Where is that in the Bible?
“Al others are, at best, hobbiests. “
Maybe all the others can spell words in the English language as well.
