It does resemble an ISIS flag.The CNN reporter actually did say some guy was "mimicking" the ISIS flag. That the writing on it might just be "gobbledygook". In any case, although it was obviously meant to mimic the ISIS flag, it turned out to have some sort of gay sex toy thing on it.

It’s a black flag with a white circle that looks eerily similar to the ISIS flag but is actually a series of dildo and butt-plug silhouettes made to look like Arabic writing.
I’ll give the Sodomites credit: at least they’re brave enough to parody Islamists. Now, how brave will they be when heads start to roll.
