Along with filing financial reports filled with errors and misstatements, “Big Four” accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers neglected to verify whether the Clinton Foundation obtained tax-exempt status for its various sub-entities, including its AIDS charity, contends respected Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel.
As WND has reported, Ortel’s six-month investigation indicates the Clintons have diverted tens millions of dollars donated for charitable purposes to the personal enrichment of themselves and their close associates.
He says PWC neglected to exercise due diligence in fulfilling its professional responsibilities in conducting even the most basic inquiries required of an honest audit.
PWC, he says, failed to inquire whether the Clinton Foundation has applied for and received duly issued IRS tax-exempt determinations for its various sub-entities and activities, including fighting HIV/AIDS globally under the auspices of the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc., also known as CHAI.
He notes that there as an “Old CHAI” and a “New CHAI” that was created after Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. In addition, the foundation launched the Clinton Global Initiative and numerous foreign funds and endowments created, for instance, in conjunction with George W. Bush to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
In his draft report, Ortel says PWC’s “work product concerning the Clinton Foundation in 2013 is riddled with errors.”

Silly people... everyone knows that these laws were put in place to limit the power of evil, capitalist republicans. Democrats, and by association, the Clintons are therefore exempt.

The Clinton Foundation is no more a charity than is George Costanza’s Human Fund.
If this occurred to anybody except the Clintons, it would be devastating. But since they are who they are (and what they are) somebody at the IRS will prepare and backdate whatever documentation is needed. No matter how fraudulent it appears, it will receive the same level of scrutiny as Obama’s birth certificate.
Also, this is to be expected because the Clintons hire only unqualified cronies rather than real business people.

Does that mean that the foundation is not an eligible charity, or just that PriceWaterhouse did not verify whether it was or not. ??

Is ANYBODY expecting an honest audit, ever? Neither IRS nor PricewaterhouseCooper has any incentive to clarify the situation, as both have pretty dirty hands at this point.
The fix is in, and clearly beyond prosecution on any level.
A cancer is growing in the territory once known as “the United States of America”, and while it was probably not the cause of the rapid demise of that tormented land, it probably exacerbated the problem at an exponential rate.

At this point, what difference does it make?
Then shut it down and seize all the money and verify where the money is going and where it came from.
If you take $10,000 out of YOUR bank account you may have the IRS seize all until and even after you prove it is your money and that you came by it legally.
You have to remember they were almost flat broke when they left the White House.
