On Friday McKinney police officer Eric Casebolt was called in to assist at an out of control pool party at a local subdivision.
Officer Casebolt was filmed throwing a bikini-clad black girl on the ground, twisting her arm and pulling his gun on the crowd.
Casebolt has since been suspended. The incident is under investigation.
Now here’s the rest of the story…
On Monday a local wrote in to Steve Noviello to tell the rest of the story.
PLEASE HELP! That (now viral) video of the officer in McKinney subduing a girl in a bathing suit was in OUR neighborhood. The situation was NOT what is being reported…
A DJ setup in a public space next to the private pool in our neighborhood on Friday and played loud explicit (F-bomb) music for multiple hours (it is unclear if he was invited by a resident as no one has claimed responsibility). The teenagers (both black and white) were being brought into our neighborhood by the carload because the DJ was tweeting out invites to a pool party for $15 (obviously unauthorized by our neighborhood). The teens began fighting with each other and pushing their way into our private pool. Some were jumping our fence. The security guard was accosted when he tried to stop the beginnings of this mob scene. Some residents who live around the park/pool area tried to come out and settle things down. The teens started yelling racial slurs at our neighbors and started assaulting people and property (throwing bottles at cars and attacking a mother at the pool with 3 young children). The first officer on the scene was by himself. At that time, the party had grown to a large, aggressive crowd. As the officer arrived, many teens started running through our neighborhood. Many of the teens were being very aggressive and yelling at the officers as more arrived.
This was a very dangerous situation for the officers AND the teens/residents not involved. The news media has refused to hear the neighborhoods side of this story. The video being distributed is only a very small segment of what happened. This information being distributed by the media and others is extremely distorted and in some cases outright lies.
PLEASE HELP US STOP THE BROADCASTING OF THIS IGNORANCE. The media is trying to make it look like our neighborhood is a whites only, racist area. Anyone who has spent even a few minutes in our area knows this is an outright LIE.
On Sunday a far left group posted the home address and phone number of McKinner officer Eric Casebolt online.
The group also threatened violence.

Because it gives the protestors an opening for bringing their chaos into the suburbs. The defense should be 100% for the policeman, for diffusing without any injuries a very bad situation that was about to get way out of control.
And the complaints about the policeman swearing? If that's the only language thugs respond to, it becomes part of the dialog.
You give those with a community organizer mentality even the smallest opening or sign of weakness, they're going to expand it to meet their agenda. It's the way that world operates.
And the man’s right hand?
Why were the other LEOs running after the man then?
We weren’t there. It’s not clear cut.
The teens were obliged to behave themselves. That pool could only support 20 people. It is my understanding that the mother and daughter did not reserve or pay for the pool at that time.
In addition, once you are specifically told to walk away/leave, you are duty-bound to walk away/leave. There is no middle ground or opportunity to turn around and approach an officer, as the girl did. Why did she do this?
I wonder how you got the idea that he was acting normal and appropriately, that his behavior was typical and what we should expect from our city cops?
This is what I'm trying to convey here. She and a lot of others, for example the thugs who caused chaos at the NJ concert, are doing this because it's an opening into areas outside their own communities. They've been entitled since last autumn when they were allowed to protest without restriction. They're bringing a ghetto mentality of not following the rules of law and order wherever they can.
In a few situations around here, groups have attacked employees or caused flareups for no good reason. One of them was in the news...the chaos at a near-Cleveland cinema last autumn. It seems in all these cases they are looking for a police response they could exploit.
That's the way it works. In my world, there's give-and-take, bend the guidelines a little, have some trust in people. In that world, if you aren't as unbending as a brick wall, you've lost all control of the situation.
If you watch the entire video and not just the CNN version, you see that the the hothead cop puts the douche back in douche bag, beginning with this stupid somersault that seems to serve no purpose other than tuning the cop into an attention whore.
Coming late into this post, the comments upthread are most instructive.
We see here once again, that social media is a multiplier for urban or suburban flash mob scenarios. We also see the easy manipulation by the media to fit the desired narrative, and reality be damned.
We also see a situation where a feral mob gathers in an otherwise affluent neighborhood, outside of the urban kraals. And not only did the "party" break up, but the ferals returned later to vandalize the neighborhood - and the residents did nothing.
We are rapidly arriving at the threshold where the civilian police realize they can't win in any situation in the court of public opinion - whether they try to uphold the law, or at the least defend themselves.
And when the LEO's decline to respond and turn every precinct into Fort Apache, what will these residents do when they realize each one of them could be Travis at their own personal Alamo?
(HINT: they will cry out to Fedzilla for salvation)
The Watchman Ping List - FReepmail Old Sarge for details!
EXACTLY. Welcome to “ fill in with your Central/South American Dung Hole HERE”.
I do not think that it is anything new. It goes back to the Children of Israel demanding,: "Give Us a King".
The Founding Fathers gave us a system of Government consisting of three co-equal branches. It has been bastardized to where in 2008, a majority of voters in the United States of America cried, via their votes, Give us a king." And repeated the demand in 2012. It was done.
When LEO declines to do their job, can we decline to pay them?
I do hear you.
LEOs act more aggressively ever since the N. Hollywood shootout.
Now, it’s ALMOST open season on them.
And, increasingly, on us.
ALL that girl had to do was to keep walking away, obeying not one but TWO direct orders he gave.
She thought herself above the law right then and there.
All any of them-Brown, Garner, Scott had to do was to obey the direct order of a LEO.
Not in the least. (And I assume you do not intend to include DoodleDawg in that “we”).
LEO drew-down to appropriately intimidate and show the aggressors that he was in charge of that situation. He had his hands full of the “schiksa”.
I posit that he had full knowledge of what the possibilities were given the anti-LEO sentiments in the current culture.
If I were on the investigatory Board, I would, likely, find him in violation of local policy but not in violation of protecting his personal safety.
You really ought to look at the video because after body-slamming the "schiksa" to the ground he then leaves her lying there, unrestrained and unguarded, as he walks away and pulls his piece on other unarmed teens. So either the "schiksa" wasn't a threat to begin with or he's even a bigger boob than originally thought for leaving that super-dangerous 15-year-old girl behind him and his back unguarded.
I posit that he had full knowledge of what the possibilities were given the anti-LEO sentiments in the current culture.
I posit that he overreacted and probably cost himself his job. And I base that on the fact that none of his fellow officers felt the need to physically abuse the teens or draw their weapons.
If I were on the investigatory Board, I would, likely, find him in violation of local policy but not in violation of protecting his personal safety.
Isn't he paid to comply with policy? To use force only when needed and draw his weapon only when absolutely necessary? If so then you're right, he is in violation of policy and should be given the chance to pursue a new future outside of law enforcement. Then he can protect his personal safety on his own dime.
Exactly! That's the one little piece of relevant info the LSM and *others* tend to overlook.
Private security and lots of video recording.
You and I (and many others here) would naturally do those very things.
But the sheep and the metrosexuals in Exurbia? Not so much.
That assertion is not reasonable or fair at all. It took me quite a long time to realize the media people were not honest. I had been brought up to believe that Journalists were objective, and simply gave us the news without deliberate political bias.
I only realized this was wrong after I saw blatant examples of them using their influence to support the Clinton election effort. The public has long given media people the benefit of the doubt, because most of them don't keep up with this politics stuff the way people like us do.
Most people just want to live their lives and not focus on the minutia of governmental policies and actions.
Yeah, there are a lot of stupid people, and the vast bulk of them are on the Democrat side of the equation, but this does not absolve the Media from misusing their positions of influence. It is we conservatives who should be to blame for allowing them to continue misusing their positions of influence after we realized that *THEY* are the problem.
It's long past time we should have been taking actions to destroy the currently existing Liberal monopoly on the information streams.
For those of us outside the loop...

fedzilla
slang for the federal government which has too much power and too many regulations over people’s day to day lives.
Fedzilla turned down my application to cut down the tree because the form wasn’t filled out correctly.
