NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Saturday, May 9, 2015, 5:24 PM
The first-ever female soldiers allowed to train to be Army Rangers did not make it through the first round of the course, officials said Friday.
Eight women and 101 men who made it through the first tests of the 20-day Crawl Phase will have to try again to pass the last few at one of the toughest soldier training schools, officials said.

No problem. Just drop the standards.
And we know that they are already being pressured to do that.
You know that these first women were handpicked to be the best of the best. If they can’t make it through the first round, chances are very few if any women will be able to make it.
I know the feminists don’t want to hear it, but there are actual physical differences between men and women. Women in general are not as strong in the upper body as men and I’m guessing that is where most of them failed.
it says none made it though first round and then some made it through first tests? don’t understand.
I hope Cruz is in office before standards get lowered.
Don’t want any men OR women dying because of PC stuff
I was not in the military. Tried to enlist with national guard in NYC day after 9/11 but at 250 they said no.
It would be great to know what the guys who have served think.
All 19 women have washed out of Army Ranger School in the first phase
By Jacqueline Klimas - The Washington Times - Friday, May 8, 2015
The eight women who remained in the first gender-integrated class of Army Ranger training will not move onto the next round of training, Fort Benning announced on Friday.
That means all 19 women who began the training in April have washed out in the first phase.
The eight women, together with 101 men who washed out of the Darby phase, will retry the first part of the Army’s most elite training course beginning May 14, the release said.
I wanna be an air borne ranger
That’s just what America needs - a Battle-Axe battalion to march alongside of our new Homo battalions and Trannie battalions.
8 women failed to make it past first round vs 101 men = men are almost 13 times more likely to fail than women in the Ranger program. Thus, we need more women in the Rangers.
.
How many men moved on?
We know 8 women failed vs 101 men.
We know that ZERO women passed. But what was the number of men who passed?
I misread. Sorry!! and thanks.
I lift a heavy log every time i urinate.
I’ll bet nobody saw this coming ...
Political correctness cannot make up for biology. Women are built different than men. Look at the Olympics...women do not equal or exceed men’s records in sports like weight lifting or even in swimming. To think that women will pass the physical rigors of Ranger training when only a small fraction of men can meet the test is lunacy.
And a gallon of water weighs about 8.5 pounds.
You must be like the old cartoon character called Ever-Ready HO. He needed a wheelbarrow to get around. He drove stakes and fence posts on the side.
Who would win in a fight between the Battle Axe Squadron and the Homo Squadron?
