CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March
EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has learned that Freddy Grays life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.
The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddy Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.
Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.
If this is true, then it is possible that Grays spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

As matter of law, they're right. These officers will likely be indicted for criminally negligent homicide (at minimum). They failed to follow procedure by not properly restraining the decedent. Death followed.
It doesn't matter that the Gray was a criminal, that he had 18 prior arrests or that he allegedly had spinal surgery a week before. Gray is your typical "eggshell plaintiff." Once in police custody, the cops had a duty to keep him safe. He should have been secured in the van. Period.
None of that excuses the vermin in Baltimore looting and destroying their town. Justice will eventually be served in this case. These idiots running amok around town also need to be dealt with criminally.
And post #168.
I’ve had two spinal infusion surgeries and today I was telling my son that if the police or anyone threw me around it could easily break my neck. But if he had just had the surgery he had absolutely no business being out as it wasn’t healed. Not saying he deserved what happened for going out, but not a smart move. Sounds like he didn’t usually make smart moves.
And Post 168.
If he was in jail, as he should have been, he’d still be alive.
He had a settlement one week after surgery, without adding recovery therapy (many weeks if not months) to the claim. Absolutely bogus. No way this is true.
I KNEW the second Sharpton got involved that this whole thing would somehow blow up in the racebaiters face!
And do you think you could have run a week after surgery?
So I checked that site and counted over 25 cases involving Freddie C. Gray, born August 1989. Wow, busy boy! And that’s just his adult “career.”
If he was still in jail as he should have been, he’d still be alive today.
The sources for this story are very shaky. A private forum, godlikeproductions.com/forum, seems to be the first to pick this up followed by www.city-data.com some seventeen hours ago.
Another bump for your work.
The article’s ‘facts’ are not supportive of it’s claims.
I’ve had c3-c7 infused, two surgeries, and although I could walk around afterwards, I had to treat my neck as though it was broken for weeks.
i have never been encouraged to run at all. I still follow up with the surgeon yearly a spinal specialist whom left Ramstein AFB, located to Cleveland Ohio with the Cleveland Clinic renowned spinal specialists. -
No I could not have run a week after any of the three surgeries. I was all I could do to focus on being able to walk what little I could do.
i have to undergo lower back surgery soon enough, so I have been sitting in a wheelchair.
You know, it occurs to me that the looters and the race pimping politicians see riots as exactly the same thing: an opportunity.
I have been looking for the arrest video again, the one were he was taken to the van. I noticed at the time this did not look right. He was not just letting them drag him, as sometimes happens. Something was wrong with his legs.
So then he was fleeing and possibly the police had to use force to stop him. Right?
Gee, his family never mentioned those facts.
A woman I know is going for that type of surgery and she has been told that she can go home in a car but cannot ride in one for 6 weeks because of what a fender bender or even having to slam on the brakes might do to her before she is healed.
Wow. If true, this is how the Ferguson, MO started unraveling for the race hustlers. The news reports had the Ferguson officer shooting the gentle giant while the gentle giant had his hands up, on his way to finish up paperwork for his upcoming college career (or some such benign activity). Then the video emerged where the gentle giant stole the cigars, manhandling the store keeper in the process. And then the testimonies under oath disputing the race hustlers/CNN/NBC narrative.
It will be interesting to see how this unfolds and if Sharpton/Jackson/Obummer/Lynch will lose out on another white cop/innocent black yute brutality opportunity.
