Tinley Park squatter living rent and mortgage free
The problem with squatters is hitting home in an upscale Tinley Park Subdivision.
On Mallow Street where homes sell for $350,000 or more, a woman has been living in a house rent and mortgage free for two years.
“It's very frustrating, our property taxes are very high, I work nights to pay mine and to help support my family. And I just see her coming and going without a care in the world it's enormously frustrating,” said neighbor Patti Yara.
And no one is more frustrated than Rob Moss, who bought the property as an investment last November, but can't get Michele Parker to move out.
“I's beyond frustrating, everything that she says has been a lie, she's strong us along and like I said we were nothing but generous with their offers we are working with her,” said Robert Moss with A. Tarraf Construction

Because she is black she is owed the free use of that house!
The left’s dream come true: Whitey working his a$$ off to give non-whitey everything free.
A friend in Switzerland had a similar problem and so they told the guy they were going to do some work on the house and they came and removed the doors to have them refinished. He left soon thereafter.
Not sure how that would fly here.
Deemed racist and some black robed dictator would order the doors back in place and the home given to the parasite - probably.

Squatting has become an issue throughout the country as the economy has sputtered along. No, I’m not talking about the squats you do when you are exercising at the gym. I’m talking about someone moving into a home that is unoccupied and living there as if it is their own. There have been countless stories in the news of squatters who refuse to move once the home is sold and the rightful home buyer wants to move into their house. But, one homeowner in Detroit, got justice thanks to a local TV station when she found a squatter living in the home she was trying to sell.
WJBK reporter Charlie LeDuff came to the rescue of homeowner Sarah Hamilton after she discovered that a squatter, Lynn Arthur Williams, who goes simply by Lynn, living in her house.
When Hamilton confronted Williams and attempted to get her/him out of the home, Williams attacked her with a knife. Reportedly, Williams is on parole for felony assault with a deadly weapon. But, it gets worse.
At one point in her ordeal trying to remove the squatter, Williams told police, who were called, that Hamilton tried to run over her with her car. It was not true, but Hamilton was arrested.
That’s when LeDuff steps in to the rescue! Hamilton meets up with LeDuff, accompanied by her attorney, and hands him the keys and the deed to the home, also giving him permission to go inside. His confrontation with Williams and what transpired afterwards offers delicious vindication for Hamilton and should give inspiration to homeowners everywhere dealing with squatters.

Interesting idea. He bought the house as an investment, after all. It would only make sense that he’d do some fixing up. Maybe if he decided to rehab all the bathrooms at once ...

Don’t think that will work. It a constructive eviction. If he does that or something similar. The lady will end up owning the house.

The American people will always be believers no matter what truth develops.
Time to use the imminent domain law.
We have “squatters” across the road from us.
They are using the house as a “stash house” for drug and human smugglers. !2 UDAs walked out yesterday to a van waiting across a field for their ride to Phoenix.
Oh, I forgot to mention the owner of the property has completely vanished. we do not know if he is in jail or went back to California or is buried in the back lot.
BP being overworked and under staffed has not been able to get enough evidence to get a search warrant. Sheriff’s office is not interested since it is not an election year and there is not enough publicity or RICO money in closing it down.
