Hope that’s not true. Big mistake if it is.

Cruz could be a leader by 1) showing that Obamacare and socialism is unconstitutional 2) showing WHY Obamacare and socialism is unconstitutional and 3) rejecting unconstitutional federal acts like Obamacare .

Cruz is already the best leader on the scene with respect to GOP candidates for POTUS, your suggestions notwithstanding.

Cruz is SHOWING Leadership by this very action. From the article you didn't read:
“I believe we should follow the text of every law, even [a] law I disagree with,” Cruz said. “It’s one of the real differences—if you look at President Obama and the lawlessness, if he disagrees with a law he simply refuses to follow it or claims the authority to unilaterally change.”

What??

By signing up, he can say that he KNOES what people stuck with being on Obamacare are going through. One of his main issues is the hypocrisy in DC, like the pols who voted for Obamacare but aren't stuck with it.

And you don’t think he’s thought that out? Really? Just stand back and watch.

“Hope that’s not true. Big mistake if it is.”

Actually, NO...

1) The law now REQUIRES you to have health Insurance.

2) He can counter lib claims by saying “I’m ON Obamacare. ARE YOU?????”

3) Gives him standing to file against it in court, as a “victim”, and even perhaps, testify in front of the Supremes about it???

By doing this, he’s cutting lib Obamacare attacks against Cruz off at the knees. Shrewd tactical move, and obviously pre-planned.

Whoa ... Really? Think. This is an absolutely brilliant idea for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is that Cruz can personally expose the deficiencies of Obamacare, and personally relate to the problems of others snared in the bureaucracy.

Cruz could be a leader by....

Ted Cruz is already one of the most gifted, most natural leaders we've seen in a generation.

It's something he was obviously born with, and will continue to demonstrate, with, or without guidance from anyone.

Like hell it is. He now can relate to the throngs of Americans ensnared in Obamacare AND he can release his "numbers" about the costs to his family further relating to Americans and HIPPA can't do shit. He can relate his own experience and identify with the common voter and expose the LIES that is obamacare and eviscerate obama, pelosi, and any dem stupid enough to pipe up about how it is "saving" anyone anything.

Or to have standing, show it has unfair impact on his freedom and can have status to sue later.

It’s the law. So, if Cruz joins, it gives him standing (in a court).

I hope you understand what that means.

How a big mistake? It's the law for regular citizens and a non-corrupt politician will subject himself to the same laws that the hoi polloi have to bow to.

You seem to find it real easy to criticize Cruz and always seem to be claiming some fault or other issue with him - wut's up wit dat?

Cruz is legally required to sign up. You propose he break the law?
