When some Idaho parents learned last week that a transgendered student was sharing the same bathroom with their teenage daughter, the news didnt sit well with them.
Jacob Smith and Pauline Adams approached the Boise school district, concerned for their daughters privacy and safety. According to KIVI-TV:
The Boise School District explains that under federal law, the district is required to provide access to public facilities consistent with the students gender identity.

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. Metmom holds both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail Metmom if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Or just a second marriage where Mom decided to keep the same name as her kids from a previous marriage.
And...Remember, the next time you meet a government teacher, that they WILLING sought work with and WILLINGLY go to work every day to support and establish an institution that HURTS children. No one is holding a gun to their heads.
None of this nuttiness would happen except that teachers WILLINGLY make it happen. They do it for money!
What a pack of slimy cowards.
Chaz Bono still has her (P)agina. She never got the Basement Remodeled, just had the Main Floor reduced in size.
I hate people who can’t commit, although she should have been committed Years ago.
>>>That’s why he’s saying it doesn’t matter what’s “between his legs<<<
One swift kick and it will matter.
I have a transgendered sibling. my personnel feeling on the mater is that it is a kin to bipolar or any other mental disorder. I myself am bipolar. I think that the school system has to look at the physical equipment some one has not what they see themselves as. laws on dealing with disabilities should not be indulging the delusion. one should look at the over all rights of the kids using the bathroom.
I have a lot of empathy for the child that is supposedly transgendered but the truth is that most schools are not equipped for dealing with a kid that is transgendered. And this is not even taking into account how many of these kids have parents that are messed up and think it would be cool to have a child going through this and there real problem is not there sexual identity but a parent that gets there identity from there child having a gender identity disorder.
My sister came out to the family as having gender identity issues about ten years ago. she was an adult when she told us that she wanted to be treated as a man. she was almost 30 years old. old enough to make that sort of decision. A child is not old enough to make that sort of decision. looking back at my sister going through school I don’t think she was traumatized by being treated as a girl growing up and looking back there were indications that she did not see her self as a girl growing up.
Get YOUR children out of the government indoctrination centers - NOW!
FINALLY some parent somewhere took his child out.
But most of them just shrugged it off. Which is why this insanity has gotten as far as it has - and will get a lot farther before it’s over.
So why aren't you using the Men's Room where you can ogle?
You stupid too?
Years ago I had good experiences about Idaho including a great relationship with a girl from Boise. However since that time my opinion of Idaho and especially Boise has changed. The situation with Bergdorf and his Muslim parents in the pan handle and now this stuff about riding the homo stuff in schools in Boise makes me satisfied to have not put my there. I think there was an old song that had words to something like ‘beyond the hills of Idaho’ and that is my feeling today even though I believe it has a God given natural beauty with It’s mountains and lakes.
Well, Blue, I might agree with your definitions, but that is no longer the way people are looking at things.
Now people can “be” a man or a woman regardless of their parts.
Chaz Bono, for example, has not has what Rush Limbaugh calls an addadicktome operation. And my guess would be that many people don’t.
They take hormones and that provides some semblance of masculnitiy or femininity what ever the case may be, but they don’t go all the way.
It is very demented, but perhaps less demented that wacking off or sewing on important parts of yourself.
That also sounds pretty liberal to me.
“Im not in there to hurt anyone. Im a heterosexual transgendered woman. I am attracted to males.”
“Im not there to hurt anyone, and whats between my legs is not a symbol of who I am.”
What teenager actually talks like this? None that I’ve ever met. These are regurgitated talking points given to him (there, I said it!) by some activist or from some bit of activist literature.
As for “hurting anyone”, that isn’t the point. If I had to use the bathroom really bad, and the ladies’ room was the only option, I wouldn’t be going in there to hurt anyone, either. Doesn’t mean it’s okay for me to be in there.
Exactly. Find that bureaucrat, scratch the paint, and you will find Billy Ayers. This is done because they want it done. Probe and analyze, outrage and retreat.

The place I work is about 1/4 mile from here. Small world, indeed.
We my second wife and I married she took my surname since her kids were already adult and on their own. She was it sure what she would have done if they were younger.
Life is my a clean as the Brady Bunch. In that show, all the daughters changed their names, too.
