They have no threat value if Obama refuses to use them. I seriously doubt he would retaliate to any provocation, no matter how grave. I just don’t see that happening.
They’ve been launching missiles for years in the Caspian Sea from ships. They go up and detonate in the air. They claim it is a malfunction but I believe they will attempt to get a ship or two (armed with missiles) close to our shores and thus the EMP. If they can coordinate three ships (east, west and gulf coasts) they can do major damage!

Funny how Obama demands background checks for citizens to buy guns, but no background checks for terrorist that want nukes.
