Ummm, and is there any outcry for this "suggestion" to violate the rights of "minorities" between 21 and 25? Because those under 18 (rifles) 21 (pistols) are already "prohibited" from having them. Sounds a little racis' to me. But what would you really expect from this IPOS guilt ridden old white guy? Guess we'll need to insert this in his name plaque "nanny 'jim crow' bloomberg".

Wow, the stupidity rolls on, doesn’t it? How about rounding up those who have used a gun illegally to kill or injure someone he/she did not have the authority to maim/kill and hanging them, no matter what color or socioeconomic status they come from? How about real punishment of gun misuse? When?

Bloomberg is trying to drive a wedge between gun rights constitutionalists — disarm young minorities? Does the nutbar even realize how easy it is to make a gun in a garage? A lot easier than cooking meth I bet. The next step would be to regulate the sale of steel, and then we’d have ‘steel smurfs’.
So why should we disarm any law abiding US citizen?

Interesting that Bloomers talks about a abridging the second amendment relationship for law-abiding citizens of a specific age while not addressing the fact that a 12-year old can get a “pocket 25” (0.25 caliber handgun) for $20 cash anywhere in NYC.

Nice job Bloomberg. So, just how does this work within or with respect to our constitutional rights:
2nd Amendment: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
14th Amendment: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
