Wow, the stupidity rolls on, doesn’t it? How about rounding up those who have used a gun illegally to kill or injure someone he/she did not have the authority to maim/kill and hanging them, no matter what color or socioeconomic status they come from? How about real punishment of gun misuse? When?
Anyone who has a violent conviction and is found with a firearm gets a mandatory 5 full years for simple posession. If committing a crime, the 5 years is on top of the criminal charge. This applies only to violent felons. I'm not real worried about Martha Stewart. Also, this would snare the same folks Bloomey is after.
