In response to President Barack Obama drawing a parallel between the barbaric acts of the Islamic State today with actions by Christians during the Crusades, which ended 700 years ago, evangelist Franklin Graham said there was a difference between Jesus Christ who “taught peace “ and did “not take life” versus Mohammed, who “was a warrior and killed many innocent people.”
Reverend Graham further said that, “True followers of Christ emulate Christ – true followers of Mohammed emulate Mohammed.”
President Obama made his remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday in Washington, D.C. He referenced the Islamist attacks on a school in Pakistan and in Paris – without using the words radical Islam – and he described the Islamic State, or ISIL, as “a brutal vicious death cult that, in the name of religion, carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism.”
Obama shortly thereafter said, “And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.” ...

I’m reminded of this Christmas radio reading(?) to the effect that Jesus, “an itinerant rabbi” who “never commanded any armies or ventured very far from his birthplace” about whom “never was it said that He raised His hand except to heal”, yet had far more [positive] effect on human history than any ruler or potentate — NO comparison whatsoever to the so-called “prophet.” I wish I could remember the author or find that clip, very profound...
Yes, I know that but he is not the only famous Christian out their in the public eye either. He and someone named Crowder are the only two I have heard respond so far.
Obama had tell every one he was Christian to get elected but most of knew he was a muslin. Now every one should know he is muslin.
Help me out here with history-——How did slavery and Jim Crow get linked to Christianity? Serioursly, I just can’t understand Obama’s comment linking these things to religion. If anything, slavery was started by African leaders to rid themselves of opposing tribes. Jim Crow was a Dem deal. Help me here!

Franklin is getting in the one world religionists’ lying faces. I appreciate his courage and authority in truth. Maybe he was launched by the ongoing genocide being committed against Christians and the absolute hatred of Jewish people.
It is a lie to say that Islam is a religion of peace. It is not. Mohammad’s teachings and being turned the Messiah of Christianity, up-side-down. Jesus is of Love and mercy; Mohammad is of rage and evil. Islamic economics, rule and it’s sharia law is American way of life, ideals and values, turned up-side-down. It is evil to integrate Islam into America under the lie that it is the religion of peace.
This PoS obama will soon be on his knees facing the true Lord and he wont like where he will be dumped. Its time for the Christians and Jews rise up and start pushing back like they did during the Crusades. Its amazing that these pinheads alwaysstop at the beginning of the crusades not what led to the call, which was to push back the Muslim pigs.
