Rev. Graham to Obama: Unlike Christ, Mohammed ‘Killed Many Innocent People'

In response to President Barack Obama drawing a parallel between the barbaric acts of the Islamic State today with actions by Christians during the Crusades, which ended 700 years ago, evangelist Franklin Graham said there was a difference between Jesus Christ who “taught peace “ and did “not take life” versus Mohammed, who “was a warrior and killed many innocent people.”

Reverend Graham further said that, “True followers of Christ emulate Christ – true followers of Mohammed emulate Mohammed.”

President Obama made his remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday in Washington, D.C. He referenced the Islamist attacks on a school in Pakistan and in Paris – without using the words radical Islam – and he described the Islamic State, or ISIL, as “a brutal vicious death cult that, in the name of religion, carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism.”

Obama shortly thereafter said, “And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.” ...

“Mohammad on the contrary was a warrior and killed many innocent people,” said Rev. Graham. “True followers of Christ emulate Christ—true followers of Mohammed emulate Mohammed.”...

I really don't want the Pope speaking to Congress. He will not be inspiring. He will tell us again how great socialism is, how Islam and Christianity worship the same god, and how global warming is man-made. I would much rather have Franklin Graham speak to Congress. He is inspirational.

“Just watched excerpts on Crowder and noticed that after using the royal “we” alot, Obama slips and says “you” at when negatively referencing CHristians, and then catches himself and goes back to saying “we.” That happens at the 2:10 mark in the video.

He reads from the teleprompter and catches himself referring to Christians as “you” instead of “we”. He does not identify with Christians.

Excellent summary. I’ve never figured out why anyone would convert to Islam.

There are malcontents who do not fit into an orderly law driven society like ours.
Many of them end up in jail.

Islam affords them an opportunity to get back at us with murder an mayhem, with the approval of Allah, a God they can relate too.

I was amazed years ago when we foolishly allowed Muslims to go into our prisons and convert these people to Islam.
But then it was passed off as a religion of peace.

Pastor Olaf Latzel in Germany is another one who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. He’s about to have “charges” filed against him for the “intellectual arson” that the DA believes he’s spewing for preaching John 14:6.

Most blind people can walk, most deaf people can see and most lame people can hear. The point was, the only ‘miracle’ surrounding madmo’s life is that no one ended his life prematurely and very painfully, especially his six year old wife Aisha’s dad! If she had been my child and a 50-something perv tried to lay his hands on her, his life would have ended right there.

Jesus, aside from being our only hope of Eternal Salvation, also showed us how to live a sinless, miraculous life, guided by the Holy Spirit. All His miracles involved the Holy Spirit working through Him and He said that His disciples would do even greater miracles, through the Holy Spirit.

I watched Obama as he said that....I was reminded of the childish taunt...."yeah and yer momma wears combat boots..." or some sophomoric jeer. Obama's childhood was with Muslim fathers...and later hard core communist mentors...he has both Islamic and Socialist/communist relatives now not to mention his below the radar Muslim Brotherhood friends. Did you see this: (White House Won’t Reveal Who Attended Obama’s Secret Meeting With Muslim Leaders).....Barack doesn't meet with Christian leaders or Jewish leaders....but is bloody mad about Benjamin Netanyahu accepting the Congress invitation to speak to that august body.

We need more men like Franklin Graham...I for one am grateful for his leadership and presence.
