This seems to be a serious and ongoing problem with Muslims in the UK, Australia, New Zealand. The only alternative may be to ask them to stay in Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc to avoid any more rape misunderstandings. (via Religion of Peace)
A pedophile illegal immigrant who had sex with a 13-year-old girl claimed he was not aware it was against British “cultural norms”, a court has heard.
Married father Zia Maroof Khail, 29, carefully groomed the victim and fooled her into believing they were “boyfriend and girlfriend”.
Khail, originally from Afghanistan, persuaded her to meet him at his home twice a week, said Mark Lamberty, prosecuting.
He sexually abused her there, and had sex with her in an alleyway and at her own home.
“He was abusive to her if she refused to co-operate in sexual conduct,” Mr Lamberty added.
His sex crime came to light when the girl made a complaint about other men she said had abused her.
Police tracked Khail down using DNA evidence which matched his on a database at Colnbrook Immigration Centre, Heathrow, where he was waiting to be deported.
He told officers he did not think he had done anything wrong because he was not aware of the “cultural norms” in Britain.
Specifically raping non-Muslim unattended teenage girls is not against Afghan Muslim cultural norms. Which is a problem for any non-Muslim country they visit.
Simon Mintz, defending, said Khail’s jail term would be “harder to bear” because of his lack of English. He added: “But bear it he must.”
Or the UK could just deport him now. On a plane. From 10,000 feet in the air.
But it seems that Khalil had enough English when he was pursuing a teenage girl. He’ll manage in prison which is full of Muslims these days because of their “unawareness of cultural norms” about rape, drug dealing, terrorism, etc
The cultural norm excuse has been accepted by some judges though.

Esmatullah Sharifi, an Afghan refugee, offered an Australian woman a ride home and then put his right hand around her neck and his left hand over her mouth and raped her. Sharifi’s lawyers claimed that due to cultural differences he was confused about the nature of consent.
This wasn’t Sharifi’s first misunderstanding of the difference between rape and sex. He had already been sentenced to 7 years in jail for raping an Australian teenager on Christmas Day in 2008.
The sentencing judge rejected Sharifi’s excuse, but a court of appeals judge found that claiming cultural differences was a valid basis for an appeal.

No they aren’t. Civilized men are better at playing “civilized” and giving them a free pass. Since 9/11/2001 we have seen muslims rampage across the world, prodding where they can. Eventually civilized men are going to break, and mecca will burn.

When you go to another country, particularly one that is culturally distant to your own, a wise person will get a general idea of what sort of behavior will get them into trouble with the law.
Muslims are arrogant. As far as they are concerned, the culture and laws of a (non Muslim) country don’t apply to them anyway.

No muslim is a match for ANY westernized country. They do not have the brains, brawn, will, nor knowledge for anything but brutality. While the western world has the capacity for brutality, surgery, efficiency, and the destruction of islam at the push of a button.

So, obviously, the Brits are supposed to give him a pass because he doesn’t have the same cultural norms.
We’ll consider that after they start doing the same thing in their countries.

Your post reminded me of a time in the early 80s when I worked in a micro lab. There was a visiting Chinese researcher that sometimes used the equipment in my lab. He, like everyone, was supposed to sign up for times when he might need it to use it ahead of time, so that we could avoid scheduling conflicts. He was told repeatedly what to do, by many of us, with demonstrations of signing the ledger, etc. He smiled and nodded every time, yet repeatedly used the equipment without signing up ahead of time, or even signing in when using it right away.
One time I’d had enough when I was in the middle of an experiment, and was using the equipment. I had to leave the room for a few minutes, I don’t remember why now, but it was probably to check progress on another test in a different room. When I got back, he had taken my materials out of the machine, set them on a nearby counter, and his were in it instead. I was so steamed! Several days of experimental results went down the drown with his thoughtlessness!
He was no where to be found, but someone had seen him walk into our lab with materials, and left empty-handed. I tracked him down, brought him back to my lab, showed him what the problem was, and pretty much yelled and screamed at him for several minutes. He kept saying “sorry!” over and over, and bowing his head. The next day, he brought me a very intricate silk scarf as an apology. I told him I couldn’t accept it, but then my boss told me I should, to keep the peace.
He must have figured out that time why it was important to sign up ahead of time, because he always seemed to do it correctly after that.

Some cultures may only consider a "rule" to be a rule if there are serious consequences imposed for violation. Having somebody else annoyed is not a "consequence" to the rule breaker, unless the annoyance results in bad things happening to the rule breaker.
If the guy goes to prison. I’d grow a beard, kiss the ground, and act like a savage. Just to make sure this guy gets safely to the bottom. *wink*
