On Mondays broadcast of The OReilly Factor on the Fox News Channel, retired Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer of the London Center for Policy Research revealed to host Bill OReilly that sources tell him U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl will face charges for desertion.
Bergdahl was held captive by the Taliban-aligned Haqqani network in Afghanistan from June 2009 until his release in May 2014, which was part of a prisoner exchange for five Taliban members who were being held at the detention center at Guantanamo Bay.

and there are some reports the US paid $5 billion to the terrorists for him... wow
Where did you see that?
the scenario I fully expected was that Obie would name this puke the first Commisioner on Non Islamic Terrorism
on this thread and all over Facebook
I don’t know if I give it credence or not
In addition to the five high level terrorists?? No wonder Hagel had to go, someone has to take the fall for this and it just can’t be The One.
Thanks——that amount of money makes no sense to me.
But——knowing Obama who knows?
What will his”Punishment”be?Listening to Obongo’s BULLSH*T SPEECHES????????????????
And we gave terrorists for this POS..death by firing squad is too good for him..good thing the blizzard is a coming, the media is probably pleased that the storm is coming so the focus won’t be on this
The maximum U.S. penalty for desertion in wartime remains death, although this punishment was last applied to Eddie Slovik in 1945. No U.S. serviceman has received more than 24 months imprisonment for desertion or missing movement in the post-September 11, 2001 era
Our Glorious Leader will not allow Comrade Bergdahl to be prosecuted.
So, Obama sent 5 terrorists home in exchange for deserter. Seems Obama is doing nothing but aiding the enemy. When do we try him for treason?
Well, there goes that $200,000 in back pay.
Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dahl deserves credit for this finding, he headed the investigation of this traitor.
Don’t bet on it ... he’s already received it and it is probably all gone by now.
We released five proven terrorist commanders for this POS. The damage is done.
Yeah...well, I'll wait until I see the report.
I strongly suspect that obama influenced the report, to the point of extreme mitigation, so that any punishment will be minimal.
And the good Major General is probably still thanking his lucky stars that he is going to be allowed to retire as a Major General.
(No pun intended.)
HOO-AH to Gen. Dahl!
Didn’t some guys get killed looking for Bergdahl? That oughta get him a firing squad.
