I doubt very much this guy will face a firing squad. If he deserted, he damned well should; but that’s in a time and place where adults are in charge, and those adults are real Americans.

Rumor is that Bergdahl was a “she” part time for his Talibutt buddies while in “captivity”.

I forgot the name too, so I googled “tranvestite traitor”.
I don’t believe there has been a case of desertion from a combat zone in that period, this will be the first. That will be a major factor in his sentencing. My fear is that the court will try to appease Obama, and credit the traitor for the years he was being held by the Taliban.
I’m good with that. Credit him with the years held in captivity. Then shoot him. What’s unfair about that?
