While Scoop has done a good job of debunking the rumor that Palin said she was interested in running for the presidency in 2016 already, some are saying she hinted at it in this speech. Whether she did or not, she packed it full of puns and zingers and really pumped up the crowd.

CSPAN causes a lot of buffering for some reason.
Youtube has several uploads of this and other 2015 Freedom Summit speeches:

Thanks!
She lives inside their heads.
Sarah: “Our govt. is not too big to fail. It’s too big to succeed.”
“Crowd pleaser” huh? I watched it and there were smatterings of applause and some laughter. Palin was all over the place. No real coherence or continuity. Just a bunch of one liners as usual.
Dear”Ma Grizzly”,I have Yet To Hear You Say ANYTHING I Don’t AGREE With!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KC_Lion thanks, I really, really like this one.
:D
Outstanding.
Thanks KC_Lion. Get a new gif, that one sucks.
Pulling myself together, I continued to watch, and it only got worse. I have but one observation....the speech was corny, folksy, trite, lacking form or coherence and almost void of issues with proposed answers presented logically and with craftsmanship.
The applause was nicely enthusiastic and polite....but sorry to say that any exciting electricity between speaker and audience never got turned on.
(Note: definition of "ululating"......"alternating rapidly between two high-pitched sounds")

I agree with you and I will probably get flamed. I love Sarah and followed her since her nomination for VP. However something in her voice was like finger nails on a blackboard. I listened to her entire presentation no matter how painful it was.
I won’t watch the video. I love Sarah Palin but her ululating makes it hard for me to listen to her.
Out of curiosity - do remember what the speech's theme was? What was the message you came away with?
I, too, thought that her performance was pretty much ingratiating herself with the Iowa audience rather than talking substance.
Memo to Sarah Palin:
Over the course of the past six years, Free Republic has been stacked with people who you disappointed by not running in 2011 and those who are blatantly your political enemies.
My wife and I just watched (Sunday afternoon) your EXCELLENTLY PREPARED AND PRESENTED SPEECH at the Freedom Summit via The Right Scoop link. I watched many of the men in the audience sit on their hands and not applaud any of your many key points which are new to your campaigning message. (We like the new delivery pace a lot better!)
Many if not most of these men felt you might have jilted them personally in 2011 by not running and that you’re leading them on again. A QUICK, DEFINITE, AND SOON DECLARATION that you not only are going to run but will not be denied in your bid to become President of the U.S. is an imperative for you. You do not have the luxury of being coy this time.
Make the announcement definitely and sooner rather than later, and the jilted men will fall in line again, one by one by one. You’ve never lost the (real and true) women’s support. But everyone needs to know FOR A FACT that you will commit to running as a Conservative-Republican first and/or Conservative-Independent second and that you will go full tilt until you win.
Hope someone passes this message to you. Mrs. Resettozero and I both saw what you were doing in this speech and are in total support. We still believe you can win.
