Brat voting for Boehner now? Grrrrr HUGE intimidation going on obviously. I read on Twitter that Rep. leadership is whipping HARD for Boehner, much more than usual.
I point out what are inaccuracies like the fact that Gowdy is NOT running for Speaker for example and then am accused by people like you of telling people to do something. People are free to do what they want but when there is inaccuracy I will continue to point it out.
Like your many inaccurate statements for example. Such as when you said I worked for the GOP or was related to Boehner or some such nonsense. Sheesh.
Louie Gohmert was on Hannity earlier and he said there were members who told him on the phone today they were leaning toward voting against Boehner but did not want to go public so who knows?
“actually ... I think we do have the 29 votes ... or more ... theyre just waiting quietly ... like a battalion held in reserve for the focused attack ...”
I bet they have some definites that want to keep silent about that, and some others who will vote on our side after they see that momentum is against Boehner.
We may not beat Boehner, but making him sweat about it is a treat.
Well, I’d hate to think you posted this without pay.
I’m done. You are what you are.

I’m not sure why you think this is a diversion.
The GOP campaigned on this and won votes because of the massive number of people who flooded across the borders a few months ago. This will keep Obama and Jarrett from doing the same thing again.
Did you NOT want more border security?

After 100’s of thousands of people from Guatemala or wherever they came from entered the country a few months ago I really don’t mind a border security bill.

Yep.
People here hate Boehner more than Obama.
But if they got their choice of Speaker in (whoever that is...favorites change on a daily basis) they would end up hating him in six months too.

How in the world would this ever take down the Speaker?
He didn’t speak at any Duke rally.
So how would he be culpable?
And it turns out Scalise didn’t speak at one either. Sheesh. This is a nonstory.

Facing calls for a coup from his conservative base in next week’s speaker race that grew louder on Tuesday, Boehner can’t afford to let Scalise, a former Republican Study Committee chairman and one of his strongest links to that conservative base, go.
Do we really think he will let Scalise go over a trumped up scandal?
More of CNN’s ridiculousness.

And if scalise resigns you will have handed the hypocritical dems a huge victory.
Very bad idea.
NO! The article goes onto say that Brat is NOT voting for Boehner!!!
He will NOT be intimidated!
I so pray and continue to pray!
BTW, Sarah Palin will be one of Hannity's guests tonight on his TV show.
BTTT
Somebody in his district needs to call his office.
So far? Obviously.
I was able to finally locate a list of the newly elected Congressmen with some contact info for them (phone #’s, Facebook pages, and twitter accounts) here ...
http://dumpboehner.com/congress.php
The newly elected list is below the current member list
I took the FB option to contact mine, and while I wasn’t able to directly comment to his page, I did add a comment under a previous posting of his and there were a half dozen similar comments to mine already there.
It doesn’t matter how many Republicans vote against Boehner (as long as it’s fewer than 188), because, if Obama and Pelosi want him there, they will make up the difference.
Much as I hate to say it, because I had been hoping the mainstream GOP would see that the conservativism was the only sane path, but... if Boehner is re-elected to Speaker I think we have to seriously consider a true 3rd party... the Tea Party.
Now is the time. 2016 is too late. You can bet 2016 will roll around and the GOPe won’t give Ted Cruz any support even though regular folks support him by a wide margin. You just know they will try to cram another Bush or other milquetoast as the candidate.
Think anyone will care enough to leave the GOP over it that isn’t already gone?
Very good news, thank you for that clarification! Will watch Hannity to see Palin! <3
Excellent.
Thank you so much!
This exact scenario played out in the NH House two weeks ago.
The GOP took back the House. The former GOP Speaker was chosen by the caucus majority as the "official Republican candidate". He is hated by RATs and RINOs because he is a patriot.
So, a number of GOPe traitors nominated a RINO and denied the "official" Republican candidate on the first ballot.
The RINO was then elected with both Republican and Democrat votes.
BUY A CLUE. They don't care about labels. They care about winning.
If Pelosi and Obama want Boehner to stay, he has 188 Democrat votes in his pocket, and only needs 30 RINOs to win.
It is, IMO, a done deal.
