You'd think Joe Scarborough would have learned by now to avoid inflammatory statements about the Trayvon Martin case. Back when that case first broke, Scarborough immediately branded George Zimmerman a "murderer."
But there was Scarborough at it again this morning. On today's Morning Joe, he sought to contrast the Michael Brown case with that of Trayvon Martin. In Ferguson, "we don't know the evidence," said Joe. Whereas in the Trayvon Martin case, Scarborough said "you had a guy chase a guy around a neighborhood and shoot him because he was black."

Someone needs to post the hypothetical exchange between Trayvon and George had Trayvon not been a drugged-up thug with a chip on his shoulder and a desire to impress his girlfriend Jabba.
Keep on stokin’ it...
If the answer to that is “no”,
then those ascribing to the “non profiling” should be made to defend the following statement:
“teenage Asian girls commit just as many criminal offenses as teenage Black males”.
To think otherwise would be “profiling”.
Wow... Somehow, I guess I missed that story.
Looks like a GREAT story for 20/20.
That Mika’s a good looking woman.
oh your right, another thug who got what he deserved.
Joe is a liar and knows it.
:o)
His brain disease is no longer asymptomatic.
Importantly, it was just last June 30th, that Judge Debra Nelson (appointed by Jeb Bush), who presided over Zimmerman’s criminal trial, summarily dismissed his lawsuit against MSNBC, “for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.”
She wrote in her order that: “there are no genuine issues of material fact upon which a reasonable jury could find that the Defendants’ (MSNBC) acted with actual malice; that there exists absolutely no clear and convincing evidence that Defendants’ knew that the information published was false at the time it was published, or recklessly disregard the truth or falsity of those statements at the time they were published”.
However, Zimmerman was acquitted by a jury on July 13, just 13 days later, so since that time, were Scarborough to again call Zimmerman “a murderer”, he would be guilty of libel.
However, this statement, that he killed Martin because he was black, goes to a state of mind, which cannot be objectively defended.
So Scarborough’s slander was probably first vetted by MSNBC’s lawyers, to see if they could legally get away with it. Unfortunately, they can.
But jerks like Scarborough are notorious for being unable to control their impulses, so eventually he may spout off again in public, in an actionable manner. And hopefully it will be recorded, and Zimmerman can sue MSNBC off the air.
But ugly on the inside.
In the words of Ann Coulter: “That’s not profiling, that’s a description of the suspect.”
Trayvon stalked Zimmerman because he was gay.
“Joe is a liar and knows it.”
He’s the very definition of a Gruber.
Someone that knows they were lied to but are too stupid to care so they repeat the lie.
Scarborough said “you had a guy chase a guy around a neighborhood and shoot him because he was black.”
****************************************************
No, you had a guy chase a guy around a neighborhood and assaulted him because he thought guy was an unarmed cracker.
Cracker was carrying heat, black dude wasn’t... pants down.
Desperate for viewers...
“Attention getting device” comment???
“pants down”....
will this replace “hands down” as an idiom meaning “irrefutable fact”?
Especially in situations involving someone of the thug culture?
These useful idiots won’t get it until they become the victim of inner city thuggery at the hands of the yutes.
When that happens, “Do you know who I am?!” will only evoke sneers of derision and perhaps even more punishment.
