CHESTER, Va. — The Christian preschool teacher heard the news on her car radio: Same-sex marriage is now legal in Virginia.
This is it, she thought. The end times.
“It could happen today,” Pam Rives said on Tuesday, tidying her lemon-yellow classroom at the Ironbridge Baptist Church. “This is just another step in that direction. As society changes, it takes God out of it.”
Rives, 57, has taught 4-year-olds for nearly a decade in this conservative pocket of the South, which is home to 20,000 residents. Her school, lined with October pumpkins and bubble-lettered prayers, is down the road from the Chesterfield County Circuit Court.
Her hometown court issues marriage licenses. This week, it made a slight edit: “Bride and groom” became “spouse and spouse.”

Certainly an “end times” for America. Especially when we see the power of the state being used to attack and punish Christian bakers, printers, photographers, and such, for not bowing down and affirming this grotesque depravity.
It really is like a huge blanket of evil descending over the country. This is just no longer America anymore. But some kind of perverted hell.

I don’t think it matters, the mass droughts and famines are going to be problems all around. Regardless, I feel about the same. But time to start getting disaster preparedness really kicking in. It’s coming, and there’s really no avoiding it. I don’t know, but I have a bad feeling a lot of the depraved aren’t ready for it. But then again, without a struggle, almost nobody would be.
The democrats took God out of it in 2012 when they voted yo take any reference to God out of their resolutions at their convention.
