-How does Udall know what they would have thought? He sounds like someone who goes to a palm reader for advice.
-Why should anyone care what Foley and Sotloff think about how we deal with ISIS? What gives them qualifications to dispense military advice?

Mark Udall: Beheaded American Journalists Would Have Wanted Cautious Approach to ISIS
And, so what? My they rest in peace but you won't see my pale butt in Syria or Iraq or any other third world hell hole. Bad things can happen.
And, when did US foreign policy start to be dictated by deceased liberal journalist's supposed wishes channeled by liberal senators?
To: SeekAndFind
I can tell you, Udall said, Steve Sotloff and James Foley would tell us, dont be impulsive......if their heads had not been lopped off their bodies.
To: hal ogen; SeekAndFind
Sounds like Udall did a séance with the dead men. NOT

What an incredibly stupid and insensitive thing to say.
Cory must have him unnerved. Go Cory!
To: colorado tanker
Cory has Udall on the defensive. That’s a good thing.

I don’t see this as a game-changer, but it is a setback for Udall and an opening for Gardner. I’m amazed that Udall would take advantage of it in such a way.
