A 51-year-old man decapitated himself in New York's Bronx borough by chaining his neck to a pole, getting into his car and stomping on the gas, police said on Tuesday.

I hate to say this, but my first thought was that they should not have reported how he killed himself because it will give other potential suicidal people ideas.

Well, he didn’t involve the family, friends, co-workers, other members of the community, or the police in it.
