A woman who says she witnessed the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown has released video to CNN that shows Brown lying in the street as officers stand by.
The shooting has spawned a week of protests in which demonstrators have demanded an explanation for Brown's killing. Police in Ferguson, Mo., say officer Darren Wilson opened fire because Brown tried to take his gun during an altercation.
Piaget Crenshaw said she has waited until now to release the video because she feared for her safety and was waiting for police to release Wilson's name, which they did Friday. She also said police could have released her video Friday — when they also released surveillance footage that they said showed Brown stealing cigarillos from a convenience store before the shooting. She said police had her video because they confiscated her phone.

Nothing to see here that we haven’t already seen.
The attorney basically repeats the ‘shot in the back’ narrative, which the autopsy results contradict.
This ‘new’ witness was running to get her cell phone when the action occurred.
She seems however, to be the new “Jentel” - a witness who allegedly has damning evidence. BUT, her credibility is enhanced by the fact that she speaks The King’s English !
Her evidence, however, is neither damning or new. It changes NOTHING.
Not bad...
Other witnesses said the suspect double back at the cop..
Others witnesses said the suspect was shot in the back...
Best to wait until the evidence is all revealed...
Which should be forthcoming since they're are probably 300 feds, cops, and locals investigating this.
It's a shooting, and with the amount of physical evidence, it should not be too complex to figure out what happened and if the cops version is consistent with that evidence.
The only thing making this difficult are those claiming to be witnesses, who've already made false statements.
Their motives are likely due to racism.
Will it matter? I mean, realistically? With the White-racist-Black-victim narrative? With so many wanting to pronounce the cop guilty even before all the facts are out?
I still want to know how Mr. Johnson could see everything he said he saw while hiding behind a car and running.
remember the cops acted stupidly, Zimmermann and now this.
Always the radical left is on the wrong side of facts and use their hatred of cops to get their race baiting votes out for an election.

Miss Crenshaw is the kind of witness that starts riots. She saw very little and fills in the gaps with outrageous details she did not actually witness based on what she thinks happened. The community then takes this as fact and go ape.
This could all be avoided by: young men being taught that “thug life” is stupid and will get them killed, is not glamorous, and whocares wtwt punk criminals think-BE A FREAKING MAN AND NOT A DAMN ANIMAL. Be responsible, take pride in working for a living, learn a trade other than drugs crime rap and looting, don’t expect others to support your punk are, you are not entitled, nobody owes you squat.
If they learned that, life would be different!
Looks really bad. I mean, the cop reached out through his car window and tried to pull Big Mike into the car with him. Then the dirty racist cop murdered Mike in cold blood as he was on his knees with hands up. Mike’s drug toking accomplice in the strong arm liquor store robbery they did together just moments before said so. so it must be true. And now another witness steps forward a week later to corroborate the felon’s eyewitness story after much coaching by a race/poverty pimping lawyer out to cash in for the big bucks and become famous. Yup, looks bad for the murdering racist cop all right. /s

Sure, no one should run from the cops, but 50 years ago when we ran from them in our cars when they came after us for illegal street racing, we didn’t get shot for our actions. The hard fact of the matter is that the cops have in large measure become “too eager to shoot.” Your family pet who runs up barking to a cop is more likely than ever to die for trying to say “hi.” And now the citizens are not far behind. Also, the cops have become para-military in their dress and weaponry. Just how long before they decide to switch from AR’s to M-16’s? No wonder the RATs want to confiscate our guns, because when push comes to shove, the LEO’s know that they are going to be out-gunned as things stand today.
Does not help with a state trooper Captain fanning the flames and saying how he will see his black boy who dresses in baggy pants hat off to the side and tattoos on his arms and then saying sorry to the blacks in the crowd.
He should have been put on suspension as he seems to have forgot what his job is and it is not more race baiting.
The problem here is that we have two tribes, the blues and the blacks, each of which will cheerfully lie to protect tribal members or attack the other side.
As far as I’m concerned the clerk was entitled to shoot when he was assaulted in the store.
This is all terrible. Bad for guy who died. Bad for parents. Bad for the cop. Bad for the town. Bad for race relations. And bad as well as embarrassing for America. Normal, civilized nations do not have mobs looting neighborhoods or tanks patrolling the streets at night.
My overall impression is that the kid was no saint, a petty criminal with thug attitude who would likely end up in jail either way. He scuffled with the officer. The cop probably lost it in the intense situation and fired on a fleeing/surrendering suspect.
Nothing good will come of this for any of us.

nothing new or even remotely interesting in this video, just another inner city girl telling her version of what happened.
SO... she doesn't actually have the video in her possession, and (like most others on scene) is basing her 'eyewitness' description on what Mike's Friend Dorian Johnson said to the media right after the incident.
Remember, this happened in the street, on the way to the apartment complex.
It all happened very quickly so I would seriously question if anyone at all had video of the actual incident.
If there is any, the police have it, and it will eventually come out. Especially if they try to put the officer up on charges. It would and should be kept confidential until that time.
Doesn’t agree with the autopsy that shots were fired frontal.
