Generally people who buy million dollar houses in Rancho Mirage only live there about 3 months out of the year.
Frankly I can’t understand why anyone would live there even 3 months out of the year. There’s nothing to do there but golf.
The only other reason to live there is if you are a homosexual. Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage has more homosexuals per square mile than San Francisco.
