A new poll offers details on the way citizens of the world think about climate change, and U.S. participants are looking particularly ignorant to the risks of global warming. Only one in four Americans said climate change was a "major threat," making the U.S. the least concerned nation.

Good.
Most of the smart Germans left around the turn of the last century which is why the one that were left thought throwing Jews into ovens would solve their problems.
Not a whole lot of smarts left in the gene pool.
Ah, the lovely Leslie Caron. I'm surprised that the Aussies actually named a tax after her. Even more surprised that that they eliminated it. Generally speaking, taxes are forever. ;)
Who else in the world has talk radio like we do. It's all elitist crap everywhere else.
Well, at least we still lead in ONE category.
LOL! Sorry you missed out on taking advantage of white priviliege. Yeah, I’m sure that in my 36 years with the same company I was “granted” all that I ever got. Couldn’t have been anything more since I started as a labor grade 7 mechanic and somehow worked my way up in to a supervisory position, a test conductor position and eventually a systems engineer position. Nah. Couldn’t have been months on end of no days off and working rotating 12 hours shifts to get the job done. Pretty certain that didn’t have any impact on my advancement. :>}
America has the largest number of climate and weather scientists .
Coincidence?
For better appreciation of the problem of relying on estimates of the temperatures in Earth’s atmosphere, see:
http://www.thegwpf.org/epic-fail-73-climate-models-vs-observations/ ——
Seventy three different values from 73 models, most of them varying significantly from the others, and all differing greatly from instrumentally measured temperatures based on two different measuring devices/methods (radiosonde and satellite), which agree very closely with each other.
Basically the “consensors” keep their “proof” and toss out any contradictory data. Seems to resemble uh, cherry picking. :>}
Yeah, I’m pretty pissed that no blacks back then told me that I had “white privilege, I could have just walked into a business, declared, “hey, I’m white”, and got the key to the executive washroom. Damn them for keeping that secret while I had to toil away for nearly 40 years.
No one of them told me I had white “affirmative action” that would catapult me to the top, qualified or not!
the climate always changes and it always will.
what most Americans and thinking people of the world ‘deny’ is that man has anything to do with it.
More proof that at least some Americans are capable of independent reasoning instead of the intellectual herd instinct of bovine Europeans.
Actually I’m quite surprised, in retrospect, that I wasn’t “made” CEO. I guess there were folks ahead of me who had more credits in their white privilege accounts.
Good news!
Yeah!
Now THAT is a correction. Still waiting for “them” to somehow tie the reduction in sun spot activity to glow-bull discombobulation.
lol :<) - You forgot eating meat; liking Sarah Palin; enjoying fishing and hunting; cutting your own Christmas tree; and an odd assortment of other grievances.
Yup. We conservatives really have a load of guilt upon our consciences. Are you feeling like a white, parochial school girl now?
LOL! Well, not exactly like a school girl.
With the rest of the world hogtying themselves with this stupidity how can we not bounce back after Obama is gone?
