GOPe helped defeat McDaniel, so now they need to pretend their still ‘fighting’ for conservatives.

The courts will kick it back, saying the legislative branch only has the impeachment option per the Constitution. (And they would be correct in doing so.) He knows this is what’s going to happen; when it gets kicked back to him, he will then claim something on the order of, “Well, we’re not happy but it doesn’t rise to the level of impeachment so we’re not going to do anything.” He believes this will defang the conservative demands that he do something.
In other words, he knows this is all for show and it won’t go anywhere.

Boehner is suing the WH because he doesn’t have the support of Reid to remove Obama from office even if HoR impeached Obama. In other words, Clinton proved that impeachment by the HoR is meaningless without the support of the Senate.
But if patriots and former Obama supporters would exercise their voting muscle in 2014 and elect senators who would be willing to follow through with a House impeachment and remove Obama, then things may get interesting.
It would be better to use bthe power of the purse to force compliance with the law, rather than to beg the courts to save them.

This is a fools errand, and may end up making the GOP look not only foolish, but impotent. The House has no standing to sue the chief executive because he is recalcitrant at enforcing the law. The Supremes will say that is what elections are for. We are royally screwed.
Obama has no respect for the rule of law. If, IF, he had standing and IF he won the case, who will enforce the judgement...Obama? We have watched obama give the codified law the middle finger for the past 6 years. He would just do the same here. Impeach Holder, Koskinin, the EPA chief and anyone else who is below obama. Defund obamas favorite pet projects. But sue??????? Meant to take our minds off of what they did to McDaniels. Let us not forget.
