The movement to impeach Obama is exploding. Thousands of citizens are demanding Obamas removal from office, citing his many failures, high crimes, and misdemeanors.
We the People have mountains of evidence at our disposal to assist with this impeachment, from Benghazi to the release of five dangerous terrorists. After all, Obama is perhaps the worst president we have ever seen!
However, many claim that impeachment is impossible and that we should accept that Obama is president. But, former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy has a new book that makes the opposing case.
Via TheBlaze:
In an interview with Stu Burguiere, a guest host for The Glenn Beck Program, McCarthy noted that the founders provided a very clear standard for removal of a president: high crimes and misdemeanors. He continued:

They should at the very least challenge executive orders that leave the House and Senate out of governing.
Two issues with this statement:
1- Nothing is impossible (in this context) when Congress DOES THEIR JOB
2- Accepting or not accepting BHO as President is a non-sequitor and not relevant to the issue of impeachment. In fact, it is the presumption of him BEING President that is required in order TO impeach the rat bastard.
Step 1 - win control of the senate
Step 2 - start impeachment hearings for those in office around him
Step 3 - Impeach a few of the lower people
Step 4 - start impeachment for some of Obama’s closest people
Step 5 - offer to close the impeachment proceedings if they will tell the truth about Obama
Step 6 - Impeach Obama and use the testimony of those around him to hang him in the Senate. Make it impossible for all but the most safe of Dem senators to defend him.
Waterboard ValJ !!
The impeachment business accomplishes nothing if the senate won’t remove, so what’s the point of the distraction if at the end of the day, He. Is. Still. There. ??
Do we think a Harry Reid senate removes a Harry Reid president?
Criminal charges (RICO) may be brought up against The Won, but impeachment alone burns only energy and daylight.
Besides, when our enemy is digging his hole deeper all by himself, why would we want to distract him from doing so.
Short of bringing criminal RICO charges against Obama, managed outside the jurisdiction of BooHoo Boehner and Harpy Harry RICO Reid, obama sits tight as prez.
Let’s not forget the justice part after Traitorobama is removed from office: Indictment, trial, conviction for treason, sentencing, and televised carrying out of the capital sentence.
And don’t forget the similar indictments, trials and numerous courts-martial for Traitorobama collaborators.
Impeachment means indict. It doesn’t mean convict.
It’s a formal accusation of wrongdoing. It’s not a declaration of guilt or innocence.
Here we go again using that “I” word.
In Obama’s case, it is like using the “N” word.
It is blatant racism, don’t you know?
Andrew McCarthy is razor sharp. I wish he were Speaker of the House instead of Suntan Johnny.
Assuming that winning control of the senate is currently uncertain, would it not seem helpful to reverse your #1 and #2?
Taking steps immediately to commence the process - compiling the multitude of charges, properly documenting them and presenting that work product to the public prior to the elections might just tend to assure winning that control.
Any "riots in the streets" might just facilitate the effort.
In any event, it is clear to me the Republican leadership must begin today to think outside the box in order to get our nation back on track.
Everyone has missed a key idea. KEEP IMPEACHING. Make impeachment a continuous effort. Once you finish one impeachment, start another one on another subject. Keep the house and executive branch tied up with the impeachment process.
> Step 4 - start impeachment for some of Obamas closest people
Jarrett, Holder, and Reid with prejudice
Hillary possibly but Jarrett first...remove the mommy apron strings and one of the driving forces that does much of his dirty work
Because IMO his recent, current and continuing actions arguably raise serious national security issues. It reasonably appears we are dealing with much more than just a variant of traditional American political philosophy.
it's that easy
I agree. And get the dems on record before the election whether they stand for the rule of law or put party before country.
I know people who will still tell you that Obama is the best president in history.
