Last week, former National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor admitted to Fox News’s Bret Baer that President Barack Obama was not in the White House situation room on the night of September 11, 2012.
That was the night -- "Dude, this was like two years ago” -- in which Islamic terrorists killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi.

The Current Occupant of the White Hut was AWOL the entire evening, and unavailable for any decision.
I think he had to pack to go to a fund-raiser in Las Vegas the following day, or something. Extremely important, and certainly took priority.
And of course nobody else could oversee the packing, and the address that would be made at that fund-raiser.

This is more cobbled-up than even the “original” of the Hawaiian birth certificate. And probably contains more real fact.
Obama and the Democrats knew right away that the Ambassador was in trouble. Just the fact that he couldn’t answer his portable phone would tell them that. His phone calls to his deputy would confirm that. An Ambassador in trouble is big stuff. Even these jackasses wouldn’t just go to bed and ignore that. Obama walked away from the mess in Benghazi because he thought that he had handled it. He surrendered the battle to Al Qaeda. He promised them something so they would release the Ambassador’s body and the 31 CIA employees. No Special Forces Officer would just “lose” armored vehicles, weapons and night vision equipment in Libya several months after the events at Benghazi. Why was that stuff in Libya? Why has there been no court martial for losing that kind of equipment? Because it was part of the surrender terms that Obama agreed to. Who knows what else he agreed to to try and save his precious political hide?
I have read such defeatist and demoralizing comments as this for 20 months. It sickens me.
I was hoping that the naming of a Select Committee would at least move you doom and gloomers to a "wait and see" posture. Since that is not happening, I have decide to take names and make a list.
The purpose of the list will be to get reactions as Gowdy proceeds to expose the truth.
If I am wrong, I will deserve all the "I told you so's" that can be mustered. I will take that chance. I have that much confidence in Trey Gowdy.
