Public Trust: Sixty-one percent polled say President Obama lies "some of the time" or "most of the time" on matters of national importance. Americans have to ask: Why do we let him get away with it?
It's no surprise that a Fox News poll of 1,012 registered voters last week found immense distrust of a president whose main domestic initiative was based on a lie. The shock is that the same poll found his disapproval level down to its lowest since last fall.
Asked, "How often do you think Barack Obama lies to the country on important matters?" 37% replied "most of the time" while 24% answered "some of the time." Twenty percent said, "Only now and then." [snip]
But this latest Fox poll found that Obama's approval fell to 51% from the 53%-55% range of Fox's seven previous polls. You have to go back to early October 2013, when it was 49%, to find approval of Obama lower.

My beloved adult daughter -- who has clearly drank the kool-aid -- doesn't just refuse to acknowledge that obama is a pathological liar who lies about things he doesn't even need to lie about (let alone acknowledge he's not very good at lying), she recently told me in all seriousness she believes obama is among the most honest -- if not the most honest president in American history. People like this see reality far differently than I do ... and they vote! Yikes!

I would guess that we let him get away with it because politicians lie, whether it is McAuliffe, Gov. of Virginia, or Bill Clinton, or Hillary Clinton. Or is lying to get elected different from lying while in office?
When was the last time a Democrat resigned from office in disgrace because he or she was caught in a bold-faced lie?

Obama is worth impeaching; however, as you said, we won't get a conviction with that other slime, Harry Reid, heading up the Senate. Maybe the Senate in 2014 will have the cojones to convict the phony messiah.
I believe that eyes have been blinded. Scales. It makes no sense otherwise - this man is so corrupt that it defies logic that people aren’t up in arms.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. As stated many times before, we get angry at the politicians, but the ones we should be concerned about are our neighbors who would turn on you in a heart beat if that’s the way the wind blew.

It’s taught in my local government schools, kids, rat out your neighbors, even you parents for using “too much” water.
My 94 yo German mother feared her neighbors more than the authorities. She could avoid the police, but when your neighbors ganged up on you, there was no where to hide.
Easy answer: because the nation is full of liars!
