Seven months after being subpoenaed by Congress, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy conceded that her agency does not have - and cannot produce - all of the scientific data used for decades to justify numerous rules and regulations under the Clean Air Act.

Just another example of how Congress has abdicated their duties to actually make Law and instead let the bureaucracies decide what the Law is this week and who does and doesn’t have to abide by it.
We don’t need no stinkin’ data! We just do as we please.

They should have gotten the vaudeville hook at the start when they went on stage with their fractured fairy tale.
It isn’t about environment, health, safety or any of that. It’s about tyranny and oppressing free peoples until they bend to the will of tyrants. There is no data; there is only wild conjecture, unsupported hypotheses and outlandish unsubstantiated claims.
It, and moves to normalize homosexual perversion, murder of human life under the guise of ‘free choice’, and hysterics about right wing terrorists, are all tools of the tyrant.

Proof positive that the EPA is a tool of liberal political enforcement - doing the bidding of their masters to exert ever increasing control over the “little people”.
Unfund it and disband it.

Can they produce 'ANY' date justifying any of their rules? Or will they stick their SWAT team on you for asking?

It is unfortunate, since we *do* need some level of regulation to ensure safe food and clean environment. But every agency that is supposed to oversee such regulation ends up being a tool for liberal power-mongers.
It is ever the modus operandi of liberals, that they subvert vital functions to their goal of complete domination over every aspect of everyone’s life.
We need strong conservatives, who will roll back these agencies to their constitutional functions, and nothing else.

I cant explain a small feeling of encouragement this morning as Dingy Harry is being chummed for shark bait as we speak, the BLM has tucked its tail for the moment, and the EPA cant even make up a bad lie to cover their ass.
I may be completely giddy by nightfall if any more good news is allowed to escape to the masses.
