Two Detroit teenagers were arrested Saturday in an attack on a suburban man who was brutally beaten by a mob after accidentally striking a boy with his pickup truck. Steve Utash remained in critical condition Saturday. Utash is white; Detroit is more than 80 percent black.

Was he in a rich white part of town?
Are they presuming their readers are going to just work the % and come to a conclusion that MSNBC will later deny they meant?

They answered that question, by not answering the question. If the teen avers were white, the entire universe would know about it.
They arrest 2 ? Thought it was a mob.
That’s what happens when corruption runs unchecked.
Because they enjoy being cruel and violent; they’ve been kept in check and used careers/jobs/work to integrate into the community, but regrettably something went horribly wrong, most notably the popularity of the militant black movement.
Or they’re just spoiled freeloading brats.
The true test will come when Detroit no longer has an EM.
That’s part of the corruption.

(9) A small cohort of blacks—in my experience, around five percent—is ferociously hostile to whites and will go to great lengths to inconvenience or harm us. A much larger cohort of blacks—around half—will go along passively if the five percent take leadership in some event. They will do this out of racial solidarity, the natural willingness of most human beings to be led, and a vague feeling that whites have it coming.
(10) Thus, while always attentive to the particular qualities of individuals, on the many occasions where you have nothing to guide you but knowledge of those mean differences, use statistical common sense:
(10a) Avoid concentrations of blacks not all known to you personally.
(10b) Stay out of heavily black neighborhoods.
(10c) If planning a trip to a beach or amusement park at some date, find out whether it is likely to be swamped with blacks on that date (neglect of that one got me the closest I have ever gotten to death by gunshot).
(10d) Do not attend events likely to draw a lot of blacks.
(10e) If you are at some public event at which the number of blacks suddenly swells, leave as quickly as possible.
(10f) Do not settle in a district or municipality run by black politicians.
(10g) Before voting for a black politician, scrutinize his/her character much more carefully than you would a white.
(10h) Do not act the Good Samaritan to blacks in apparent distress, e.g., on the highway.
(10i) If accosted by a strange black in the street, smile and say something polite but keep moving.
Violate #10 at your peril.
Corruption is one thing, this is pure evil; they’re reveling in their rebellion against all things decent. Like the Devil in Hell, they would rather reign in ghetto hell and misery rather than serve as part of a healthy and decent society.
I’m kind of surprised that they bothered to arrest anyone; but I’m sure it won’t result in any convictions. Being part of a racist black mob makes one above the law now.

Was the driver working at the time? ( to or from a job?) Except for the teenagers, were the others on their way to or from work?
Let's just go with the odds here.
Then this Utash fella must have some real bad luck because a random selection of by standers to this unplanned event contained a whole lot of that "5 percent".
