Billboards proclaiming ‘Jesus is Muslim’ getting people upset

Billboards that are being displayed in parts of Ohio are certainly getting people talking. The large advertisements have been paid for by a local Muslim organization and say things like, “Jesus is Muslim,” and “Mohammed is in the Bible.” As WSYX ABC 6 reports, this has some people outraged and others defending the message.
The billboards are promoting Ask A Muslim, an organization that is, “dedicated to educating you about Islam, giving you a chance to hear about Islam from practicing Muslims.” Kenneth Tour, who became Muslim five years ago, spoke with WSYX. He said that the point of the billboards is to get people to learn about Islam, and that, “When we say Jesus is Muslim, someone who is Muslim, what that means is, someone who submits to God.”
The Columbus Dispatch spoke with Ashfaq Parker, whose organization, Why Islam, collaborates with Ask A Muslim. He told the paper, “There’s nothing wrong with having differences in terms of what to believe, and there’s nothing wrong with talking about them and getting know each other.” Judging by Ask a Muslim’s website, it appears their message is also directed toward those who practice Islam who might be dubious of the connection between their religion and Jesus Christ. In their, “Jesus was Muslim” section, they write, “…Muslims are Christians – if “Christian” means someone following the teachings of Christ, so by learning about Islam you are not disobeying Jesus.”

If “Jesus is Muslim” because he submits to g_d then “mohammed is a devil worshipper” is the same logic. Let’s see some billboards with that on it.

Billboard like this will only backfire and confirm that some muslims will do or say anything to convert people. It's unfortunate that some will actually believe it.
Jesus died 600 years before Muhammad founded his mass-murder/child-molestation/terror club.

Sohhhhh, Moslems accept Jesus Christ as their one only true savior?
Islam was formed several years after Christ’s death and as far as I know they never considered him a savior but, rather a prophet or even a mere teacher.
They worship under precepts that are foreign to plain love.
God stands as the gentleman to the door, awaiting for your welcome and opening it, of your own volition.
Islam seeks outright domination of the individual, does not condone equal rights to women(or gays for that matter) and at its heart is a thief in the night and in broad daylight as well.
They seek to use whatever force and break your down and demand your submission to Allah.

They claim that “Jesus” (who they call Isa) will return to earth in the End Times and help their Mahdi conquer the world. Their Isa (that they call nothing more than a PROPHET) never died on the cross and will claim he’s always been a Muslim, isn’t the son of God and nobody should ever worship him.
Interestingly, from the descriptions of the Mahdi and Isa, they could easily be identical to the Antichrist and the False PROPHET. One of the descriptions of the False Prophet includes this:
Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
So the False PROPHET has two horns like a lamb, but speaks like the devil.
Muslims believe some portions of the Christian Bible. One portion they believe is referring to their Mahdi is this one:
Rev 6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Christians call the person on the white horse the Antichrist.

This is the correct response. Set up a website that goes into great detail why their religion is obviously not even remotely compatible with the teachings of Jesus to expose the lie. Then ask if they would like to know why Jesus is the only path to Salvation and that Allah is a false god. Bet they won’t try that again anytime soon.
Well, I've been learning about Islam from practicing Muslims around the world and in the US since 2001. I'm still waiting to learn something -- anything -- about Islam that isn't completely disgusting.
Still, I support free speech, so I'm not opposed to them buying billboard space that says: "Jesus was a Muslim."
Just as I am also not opposed to non-Muslims buying billboard space that says: "The Qu'ran is Qu'rap."
So, put up billboards saying Mohammad is a pervert and child molester.

I don’t understand. People being ‘upset’ and offended should be enough to stop ANYTHING, right? I upset a Muslim raghead apologist on Facebook and got banned for 24hrs. All I said was that all Muslims offend me. You’d think something the size of a billboard offending thousands would be enough to take it down....right? /sarc
