Some who are spouses, whose survivor benefits were promised legally, and renege don by Paul Ryan and his dem friends.

THey can publicize that and, when solved, attend to this non issue, that was decided on in a court of law, same as disability benefits and spouse benefits.

I'm sure she got the life insurance as we can assume for her deep love, she was made the beneficiary.

But if not...then it may be that family (blood) gets any benefits.

Exactly. This is the main reason they are pushing for legalization of gay marriage. They want the Med benefits, the life insurance payouts, the recognition in Probate courts, etc, etc, etc.
