Talk show host Sean Hannity has put his waterfront home in Lloyd Harbor on the market for $3.6 million, says his listing agent.

You’re a lot more tolerant than I am. I would not live in an area that prevents me from legally owning and carrying a weapon. Not one minute more than I had to.
I noticed something going on with the camera angles lately. They focus on the sign in the middle and squeeze out Sean and the guest. One night they had two guests but you only knew she was there with a close up shot.
You have to admit it’s quite an accomplishment to have high property taxes, a 5% state income tax, sales taxes up to 9.25%, AND still run a ginormous pension deficit.
I see it as, doesn't matter if one is a homeowner or a renter, one still pays rent to someone. I just hate paying school taxes.
“NY property taxes look like a BARGAIN compared to IL!”
I’m sure neither are a bargain, but consider also the additional school taxes, State and local income taxes and sales taxes.
The vast majority of taxes are aimed at stealing from those that are hard working and successful, i.e. “income earners”.
Isn’t it great to be forced to pay more and more for the privilege of supporting those that take away more of your freedoms?
I thought I heard him say on his radio show his current contract with Fox runs to 2017. My sense is Ailes/Murdoch may be trying to ease him out before Hitlery’s run as Hannity is like a lightning rod with the Dems. BOR does his usual smoozing with them albeit they seem reluctant to even go onto his show. Greta also gets little play from the Democraps and the same for Kelly. Powers had moderated her strong lefty positions since the Winer fiasco interestingly. Someone suggested a point counter point show with Powers and Hannity. I think that could work but not with Sean. My guess is Sean gets a buyout before 2017 from TV and Powers ends up as a cohost with some GOPe personality of which there are quite a few to choose from. It would not be a very smart one or designed to make her look dumb so perhaps someone like Perino from the 5? Two women both nearer the center than Hannity or Colms neither with political asperations. It is television entertainment so that is the mission, not putting on an intellectual show.
The comments are very telling of the communist lockstep, goose-stepping, liberals do.
We have all the taxes you named and MORE here in
Illinois........
At church now, have to stop.
Sean be moving to Florida. :-)
Amazing how that “missing” state income tax draws them in.
His home looks nice. I don’t like that open waterfront, though. Did that myself for several years and while beautiful, can cause unmitigated disaster. And a lifetime of leaks!
I don’t consider GA a low tax state but I would estimate here if you are not in the city and just paying county taxes a $3.6 million dollar primary residence would run about $10,000 to $15,000. $56,000 is just unheard of.
How bout this............
Sean for President. Move to the tax free White House, all expenses paid! Unlimited vacations, also!!
Vulgarity is the placeholder for actual insight.
Wow! I just found out that “Sodastream” a company that Hannity does commercials for is located in the West Bank.
Here is the Zillow listing page:

Gee! I didn’t see all those blinds to go; proflowers, or cherries berry’s hanging around that cold ostentatious joint.
See that he paid $3.45M for it in 2003, so at $3.6M he’s not taking out very much gain over 10 years.
Pro-Arabs hate the company though, and are mad at Scarlet Johanson for endorsing it.
He is going to Florida or Texas, undoubtedly.
It takes a long time to sell your home. If I were him, I would rent instead of buying if I was to plan on moving out of state.
