On Sunday, The New Yorker released an interview with President Barack Obama in which the president stated that his approval ratings had been suppressed due to racism. “There’s no doubt that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black president,” Obama stated. “Now, the flip side of it is there are some black folks and maybe some white folks who really like me and give me the benefit of the doubt precisely because I’m a black president.”
Obama’s current approval rating is down to 39 percent according to Gallup; his approval rating in the black community remains extraordinarily high, although it is significantly lower now than it was when he was re-elected.
Obama’s overall approval ratings have tumbled coincident with the failed rollout of Obamacare, as well as his mishandling of the Syria and Iran crises. Obama’s supporters have often suggested that political difficulties he experiences are attributable to generalized racial anxiety.

On the face of it, his comments concerning race and his approval are true, seem calm rational and considered. BUT he is the President of the United States. Completely inappropriate in that context. If he wants to be a distant aloof commentator fine. But he isn’t. He is The President who makes bad policy. He is a small vain man making excuse for bad policy decisions as an outcome of a foreign ideology and a confused outlook. Let Bush answer a question like that and the NYT decried him as ducking personal responsibility.

You could be pink poccadotted and I could give a care less if you were a decent human being instead of a Muzzie loving homo.

How coincidental that this lie comes out the weekend of the MLK holiday.
During his first term, someone (I think it was Mark Steyn) wrote a brilliant piece satirizing how conservatives would have supported all of his government takeovers “if only he was white.” I wish I could find that piece again!

Actually, Gallup has him at 86% among blacks. That reeks of racism.
Actually, his black family that wanted him aborted didn’t like him much either because his whiteness was going to taint their Kenyan bloodline.
That wasn’t the reason, but if he insists we can add it to the list. That probably would upset the black folks though.
On this Martin Luther King day, the Narcissist in Chief has to find/justify a reason that people hate him. Surely it can’t be because of his wonderful personality, astute governemnt policies, and his ability to bring people together in peace and harmony.
