A 24-year-old man punched a man in the nose in a possible “knockout” attack in lower Manhattan Wednesday, and was caught minutes later, police said.
Laval Woods of Harlem is charged with felony assault in the 2 p.m. incident for allegedly sneaking up behind the victim, who is 74, on Fulton St. and hitting him. A bystander saved the victim from hitting the ground, said witness Misha Erwitt.

My father is the same exact age as the victim and even looks like him. If that was my pop, Laval would be better advised to remain in prison for as long as he possibly could if he valued his health.

By “courageously” sneaking up behind a 74 year old man and attacking him. And you had better believe the older the victim is, the more street cred the attacker gets. And the attacker gets more points and bragging rights if the victim dies.

A sheet-wearing KKK member is restrained after he attacked a young black pedestrian in downtown Manhattan this morning. The Klansman sustained minor injuries during the confrontation. No word yet on the condition of his victim.
