(CNSNews.com) – Although some liberal observers criticized Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson’s remarks about homosexual behavior as “disgusting” and “vile and extreme stereotypes,” the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), one of the federal government’s leading health voices, uses nearly identical and even more graphic language in describing some of the sexual practices of male homosexuals.
“Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) represent approximately 2% of the United States population, yet they are the population most severely affected by HIV,” says the CDC. “Most HIV infections in men are transmitted through sexual contact, especially anal sex.”

I don’t know that this has so much to do with anal sex as it does with promiscuity. Gay men, by a long shot, are the most sexually active people out there. They seem to have more sex with more people on a regular basis than any other demo I can think of. Doing that, I can see more disease being transmitted and at a large rate within their given population.
Sooooo... If smoking, overeating, and extra-large soft-drinks are documented health risks linked soley to optional behavior that push additional costs for health care on to others and the broader markets and are to be banned or taxed out of existence - and if the reasoning of an entire health care overhaul were the avoidance of behavior which places health at risk, & to reduce or control the additional costs... then I can see this 2% becoming the target of someone for reasons other than sexual preference... The risky behavior costs society too much, one might say.

First, the language Mr. Robertson used to describe homosexual acts was not disgusting. The BEHAVIOR is disgusting! You can’t describe disgusting behavior without using disgusting terms. You can’t pick up a turd by the clean end. What Robertson did was remove the sanitized veneer the queer lobby uses to obscure the vile nature of their chosen lifestyle.
Second, the rise of VD among queers isn’t because of inadequate health care or lack of education. It’s because fags engage in unnatural and unhealthy BEHAVIOR. You can’t remove the risks from risky behavior any more than you can dehydrate water. But you can halt the behavior and thereby, its consequences.
Third, these feeble defenses of queer behavior are becoming increasingly transparent, and the duplicity of the apologist left wing more strained. If society has a right — nay, an obligation (as leftists themselves assert) — to regulate smoking, motorcycle helmets, seat belts, and our intake of large carbonated beverages because those things have a cost to society as a whole, then how is it that same society is supposed to have no say in the abominable behavior of homosexuals, who by their very nature spread disease at epidemic rates? The hypocrisy is palpable.

So, reduce the 2% by the number of male prostitutes who are not really homosexual but do anything for money and, at the risk of sounding indelicate, libertines who will stick anything anywhere if it feels good. Amazing that we allow 1.5% or less of the population to dictate to the rest of us!
