We the people can nullify Obama’s unconstitutional communist POS by simply refusing to submit. If the majority of the people don’t sign up for it, it dies on the vine. In fact it wouldn’t take anywhere close to a majority. Twenty to thirty percent ought to do it.

Thanks Skeeter. I opted for a little higher yearly deductible than I wanted. Saved me nearly $200 per month.
Hopefully my health will hold up for a few more years. Then I’ll opt for Medicare and a strong supplement.
I’ve already picked up my short term care, and look forward to obtaining a LTC policy as well.
At that point I’ll be fairly well set.

I have a religious objection, anyway, and IMHO, that takes precedence over any statute. The First Amendment would back my position, honestly interpreted.
So, that is two reasons, and a simple third comes in as the government has no enumerated power to tax life itself. If the 'penalty' is a tax, that is what it is taxing.
Life was the first of the fundamental Rights mentioned in the Declaration of Independence.
Furthermore, that 'tax' was added in the Senate (not their job), not the House as is Constitutionally required, and as such is an illegal revenue measure.
If the "tax" is indeed a penalty, how can the government penalize one for not purchasing something--just because you are alive? There is no Constitutional Authority to do so.
At any rate, I'm not buying either.
They have no enforcement mechanism. If you plan your deductions carefully you won’t allow the govt to hold your money interest free for a year before you file your taxes and you won’t be owed a refund so the government won’t be able to withold the penalty from your non-existent refund.
No can fix.
Too many think:
1. A large refund is good.
2. Organic food is better
3. Homeopathy is science
4. Modern family is good viewing
5. Probiotics help you digest food
6. Antibiotics make you live longer
Obamacare was never the “Law of the Land” .... it has always been the “Law of the Left”.
We’re fighting a war here. We must resist or lose our republic forever. We are at war against the leftists (or rather they are at war against us). ObamaCare effectively nullifies our entire constitution. If allowed to stand, the leftists will have won the war against liberty without even firing a shot. ObamaCare sets the precedent that allows the federal government to do anything they wish to us and neither the courts or the congress or the states will lift a finger to stop them. It’s up to we the people. We are now all POWs in this war. POWs in prior wars refused to submit until the torture becomes absolutely unbearable. We MUST refuse to submit no matter what!! Submission is surrender. We are free citizens of our beloved constitutional republic, not subjects to a king. Our forefathers threw that off in 1776!!
ObamaCare is worse than taxation without representation. And it is that because not a single Republican voted for it, but it’s also a takeover of our government by the anti-constitution leftist democrat revolutionary party. If we willingly submit, it’s a complete surrender to tyranny.

The key is to make sure you never get a refund, as there is no collection method except via tax refund.
So, under-withhold and write a check 4/15.
This has the added benefit of starving the beast as a whole.

We need something to produce a snowball effect. Once it gets rolling it picks up speed, then we have an avalanche. Then they shit their pants. Problem is how do we get the ball rolling? Count me in.
This family is not signing up for Obamacare. No way, not ever.
Until someone with the drawing power brings us in the 100’s of thousands to Washington to camp out in front of our house it will not gather enough steam.....
ObamaCare is a tax. So sayeth the SCOTUS. And it’s an unconstitutional tax at that. And it’s akin to taxation without representation because it was brought about totally by a single party without the vote of a single opposition representative, and furthermore they accomplished it by rule-breaking shenanigans. And they’re using the IRS to enforce it.
So refusing to submit to an illegal tax is a tax revolution!
