People are acting like this is some new phenomenon. Every year there was churn in this individual market. The average increase was double digits on premiums in this same market, with or without the Affordable Care Act. People were getting, often times, a very bad deal. I read today that a new Gallup poll has his approval ratings down in the 30s. Apparently he isn't fooling as many people as he thinks. Don't have a link to the poll, sorry.

I'm guessing the vast majority of people were dropped because they didn't pay their premiums. Once again, Obama is creating a crisis where there is none.
