Take all by itself, the perfect storm of political circumstances; a Democratic House, Senate and President would not allow anything resembling this bill to pass. Also, they had one trip to the well and virtually the entire country now knows what would happen. (Though, 40% don’t know why it happened; that statist solutions are doomed by incontrovertible economic laws.)

Replace it with what? The Dems have no other ideas, so for them it’s Obamacare or nothing. For the Republicans it’s nothing. So Buffet’s argument is flawed to begin with.
A little too late, the horse is already out of the barn. Insurance companies have already dropped hundreds of thousands of customers. Don’t think they will just readily take them back like nothing happened.

What just might save us is the timing of the obamacsre rollout. It coincides with open enrollment at most companies across the country. People are just beginning to find out the bad news. It will continue through mid November.
How about scrap the whole damn thing and let the states worry about it as it should be.

The Republicans are ready to go with the laws to replace the debacle. Actual doctors have been hard at work developing the systems.
Dr Ben Carson told the President to hid face the disaster was afoot and he had the remedy.
The proposed system will be market based rather than government based. It will include tort reform to end the lawyer predation (both plantiff and defense ae the predators on the system)
