Career criminal Reginald Chance, 37, extended both middle fingers as he was hauled into Manhattan Criminal Court on gang-assault and other charges tied to the Sept. 29 beatdown of Alexian Lien.
Chance’s lawyer said he wouldn’t challenge allegations his client was caught on video using his chrome helmet to smash a window of Lien’s Range Rover in front of the victim’s wife and 2-year-old daughter...

The justice system can’t address the problem when the gang is made of cops AND ex-cons working together. When the police are making common cause with criminals, citizens are on their own.

Thank God this was NYC and the guy in the SUV wasn’t armed. One of 0bama’s sons could have gotten hurt otherwise. AND I heard on the radio TWO UNDERCOVER NY COPS WERE IN THE MOTORCYCLE MOB AND DID NOTHING TO INTERVENE> I bet they would have intervened quickly enough if the SUV driver had pulled a gun. Probably would have shot HIM.

The biker thugs had a camera turned on because they planned to do this. The thug made sure this happened.

Often you only need one round to deal with a mob - if they believe you have more they don’t stick around to be the next. Take out the leader and the rest scatter, it’s practically physics - you need trained, battle-hardened troops to get a different reaction from a group.

I keep thinking of poor Plexico Burris, an apparently decent guy who carried a loaded Glock to a night club in NYC, dropped it, and shot himself while he tried to catch it. Even with a clean record, he got two years in prison just for possession. Then this turd, up to his eyeballs in crime, makes a sweetheart plea deal when he’s caught with drugs and a gun!!! Adding further weirdness, and showing what a cesspool Bloomturd’s NYC is, they’re both black. Once again, the gun grabbers show their war is with the law abiding people who want to protect themselves and in favor of the criminals.
They all have helmet-cams so they can record themselves doing dangerous stunts, evading po-po, creating pubilc nuisance, etc.
They record each other, then upload it to youtube and Facebook where they can impress each other with how stupid they are willing to be.
Harassing motorists is par for the course for these streetbike-gangs.
They do it for entertainment.
