Are you saying that you support these biker thugs that attacked a civilian that didn’t initiate a dispute?

The biker thugs had a camera turned on because they planned to do this. The thug made sure this happened.

The thugs initiated this

No. It was a simple case of very bad sentence structure on my part. I think my meaning would is better expressed by something like:

"The ‘biker thugs’ I support don't target civilians for purposes of initiating a dispute" -- or, "...don't target civilians in an attempt to initiate a dispute."

Something along those lines.

I apologize for the misunderstanding.
