Even better, stop disarming citizens. If Lien had a gun, he’d have a good chance of walking out of that unscathed.
The justice system can’t address the problem when the gang is made of cops AND ex-cons working together. When the police are making common cause with criminals, citizens are on their own.
He would need a very high-capacity mag to deal with that size mob.
