The Obama administration is adding more barricades at the World War Two Memorial in Washington, D.C. this morning, according to reporters on the scene.
The reinforcements are being put in place apparently to prevent a repeat of yesterday when WWII veterans aided by several Republican Congressmen pushed aside barricades to visit their memorial.
Buzzfeed got no response from the White House last night when queried about the administration closing the memorial to veterans.
A report last night claimed that the Park Service would arrest veterans who attempt to visit the WWII Memorial.

This is completely insane, as you know. The “parks” in question belong to the People, not the goobamint. Open public spaces to boot.

I know people who went on the Honor Flight who are in exactly the situation you described. This is an issue on which President Obama cannot win, and I think he knows it.

Start calling the barriers “Baraq-ades”. Carry signs to that effect and use that on any online posting. Make this creep OWN that epithet.
I read where the SEIU paid fake protesters to harass the vets. Hopefully, they’ll burn in Hell.

I actually suspect that Barry is hoping and planning for a “Lexington moment”, and is doing everything in his power to provoke it.
Communists typically seize power by instigating violent civil war / revolution, then exploiting the inevitable chaos and anarchy left in it’s aftermath.
That game plan has worked out pretty well for them ever since 1917, so why would they deviate from it?

Although a lot of his support seems to be backing away from him - like the Police who refused orders to arrest the WW-II Vets and walked away - he may well have cards up his sleeve we know little about, but which could take the whole game in a sinister new direction should he choose to play them.
I’m a little concerned that at one of these “demonstrations” a shot will ring out, and there will be Hell to pay, with interest.

There was nothing ridiculous about WW1. It was one of the most sincere wars in history.
Americans played an honorable role in that war - it's wrong that the WW1 memorial is in such a state.
