Syrian government troops battled Al Qaeda-linked rebels over a regime-held Christian village in western Syria for the second day Thursday, as world leaders gathered in Russia for an economic summit expected to be overshadowed by the prospect of U.S.-led strikes against the Damascus regime.

Residents of Maaloula said the militants entered the village late Wednesday. Rami Abdul-Rahman, the director of the Britain-based Observatory for Human Rights, said the fighters included members of the of Al Qaeda affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra group.

Despite heavy army presence in the village, Abdul-Rahman said the rebels patrolled its streets on foot and in vehicles, briefly surrounding a church and a mosque before leaving early Thursday.

Hussein Obama is Al Qaeda

Hussein Obama is a Muslim terrorist.

Hussein Obama thinks Americans are the biggest fools in history. So far, he is right.

World government cannot succeed unless Christianity is snuffed out. That is what this is all about. Obamacare, Obama's support of the Muslim Brotherhood Church burners in Egypt and his battle cry of support for the Christian killers in Syria is all about neutralizing Christianity and paving the way for a Communist/Marxist totalitarian world government. Obama's homosexual agenda in our military, purging of Bibles, removal of references to 'Islam' from terrorist training manuals, pro-abortion stance and love of same-sex marriage undermines Christianity in America and is just icing on the cake for his totalitarian state.

Hillary, McCain, Pelosi, Kerry, etc.. They're all involved in the killing of Christianity throughout the world. If it involves burning churches or killing Christians, they're all for it! This explains MUCH of what's going on in the news. Even in Bosnia the U.S. was helping the Kosovoan Muslims kill the Serbian Christians.. This goes WAYYYYY BACK! Remember Waco, Texas? THAT TOO!

Extinguishing Christianity worldwide is the goal of our Marxist regime in DC.

Can’t remember where I saw it, but someone (Kerry??) said that only 25% of the rebel fighters are jihadists. So we are good to help them. No problems....no worries. (/s)

The Prophet Obunghole is showing his anti-Christian leanings by not only supporting known, self avowed, terrorists bent on our destruction but going after someone who may only have one positive attribute of supporting/protecting Christians.

Gosh, if only 25% of the rebels are homicidal maniacs, who hate us, and are our sworn ennemies, of course we should help them.
What could possibly go wrong?

How did we arrive at this 25% number anyway?
Do they have a daily roll call in the rebel camps?:

Hassan....?

Achmed......?

Hakeem.....?

Osama........?

Bueller......?

It would have been far smarter to peel off Assad from Iran then topple him in a civil war. Yes he’s a dictator by our standards but he also has done a decent job instituting modernization where he could. Part of that is tolerating minority religious groups (not just Christian).

It’s very hard to have a democracy when the largest opposition groups are extremist Islamists.
