President Barack Obama on Tuesday urged quick congressional action authorizing the use of military force against Syria and won the support of leaders from both parties in the House of Representatives for limited strikes against President Bashar al-Assad's forces.

Obama has rounded up the usual suspects to support him.... again.
Now I know what they meant when they said a person was sold down the river.
Republicans have sold us out.
I support a vote of “No.”
Boner and Cantor = FAIL
Just like the morons who went along with Clinton’s WAG THE DOG invasion of Kosovo.
I’ve been saying/posting it all weekend. Obama has alway gotten what he wants from this Congress. Show me where he hasn’t, when he really has pushed for something.
This was a done deal from the minute he brilliantly backed away from his “redline” reaction. That was his moment of vulnerability, and realizing it, he found a way to put Congress on the hook and get himself off. No matter what happens in Syria, it will be on Congress, with it’s 10% approval rating and all. And you can bet Obama is hoping they will turn him down, so he and the liberal media can turn “obstructionist Republicans” into the battle cry of the 2014 mid-terms.
Clinton was good, but this guy may be better when it comes to pure flat-out political manipulation.
Bingo!
I stand with the Pauls on this one. America has no strategic interest in Syria.
I don't think I've ever been more pissed off with the republican party and they will never get one red cent from me again!
Boner and Cantor need to be fired.
Face it, the RINOs running the Repub Party are spitting in our faces. It's time to spit back.
The Republicans need to vote, “Present” on Obama’s war resolution. The Democrats need own this debacle.
By supporting Obama’s open ended war effort Boehner is conceding every single Republican issue to Obama, starting with the debt limit, Obamacare and immigration. Obama will be holding all the cards and he won’t even have to win the mid-term election.
When the Republicans call for a donation, tell them No because Boehner no longer represents conservative Republicans.
Absolutely astonishing that Boehner is making this monumental mistake. It will be interesting to see how many Republicans actually vote with him to declare war on Syria and involve the United States in a bloody Mideast quagmire. Those that vote for war must be held accountable and punished severely.
Eric Cantor's all in as well!
Well, yes, the Paul’s probably consulted their copy of the Constitution, realizing we don’t rule by mob and opinions based on feelings.
Hopefully just the leaders. Hopefully the peon Congress-critters will realize that the public is about as close to unanimous as America ever gets, in opposition to this.
We will see who is willing to shaft us. We need to pledge to take down names and primary anybody who goes along with this.
Boehner has folded to 0bama every single time anyway. He has absolutely no backbone and is a, pardon my french, a worthless POS.
The republican party has seen the last penny they will ever receive from me!
Unelecting Lindsey has to happen in 2014, Please S.C. get it done!
