Why don’t they go after the wind generators? They kill hundreds of thousands of birds, including 10’s of thousands of raptors. The Zero regulators ignore these violators.
Wow, two ducks. Did they happen to fly near any windmill farms and count the number of dead birds around them?
haven’t heard of them doing this to the providers of wind energy and all of the birds killed by their turbines (not holding breath)
Ain't selective enforcement of the law grand?
Any person “they” want to throw in jail is breaking some law.
The bankrupting of the coal industry is moving ahead. Now it’s time to go to North Dakota and try to kill the oil business.
He actually uses common sense and renders an opinion logically.

Give credit where it is due though, the Federal Judge promptly threw the case out.
Oh-oh my cat killed a bird, I think it was a sparrow. What was left of it went into the trash... I guess I should expect a knock at the door from one of Obama’s enforcers...
Meanwhile on the local radio news, I was hearing how they’ve picked up 7,000 dead ducks in the local wildlife refuge / marshland who died from botulism in the last couple of weeks. Can’t find a link.
Yet, operators of wind farms can apply for a receive “take permits” allowing them to kill a number of eagles each year.

More Big Goverenment stooges sucking out America’s lifeblood
“To be consistent, the government would have to criminalize driving, construction, airplane flights, farming...” the judge wrote.”
The judge shouldn’t have suggeasted this to the the the, I don’t even know how to describe them we need a George Orwell to create a job description for these ??
Yes, that is absurd. However, in my former career, I worked in the oil-well drilling industry. I saw first-hand the way some of my former employers engaged in outrageous disregard of their responsibilities with respect to the environment. On my first day in the oil patch, I was told to get rid of a couple of dozen half-full 5-gallon cans of lead-based paint. The order was given to throw them overboard! On another job, the rig I worked on moved to another state. I had the occasion to visit the old location a couple of months later. There was trash all over and I saw a deer that had walked into the waste pit, got stuck and died there. I was pretty ashamed of my occupation at that point. So bottom line is, yes this seems petty, but there are real issues associated with energy production that shouldn’t be shrugged off. FWIW
Sierra Club planting dead ducks and then SWATTING the target victim.
When will all those windmill owners be prosecuted for all the protected birds that are getting killed flying into the darned monstrosities?
Nothing to see here, just a sub-par government lawyer finding a way to squeeze money out it’s subjects. If they fight it in court then even more lawyers will get even more money. We are owned by a lawyerstocracy.
We are in this shape today because we gave up tar and feathering.
