The White House’s deputy press secretary today downplayed Muslim attacks on Christians in Egypt, joking about the savagery that has left at least six Christians dead.
Press secretary Josh Earnest was asked by Fox News’ correspondent, Ed Henry, if President Barack Obama has a “red line” beyond which he would act against Muslim attacks on Egyptian Christians.
“Well, I didn’t bring my red pen out with me today,” Earnest joked.
fter making his joke, Earnest said the administration is “outraged… and concerned” about the Muslim attacks on almost 100 churches, monasteries, orphanages and other marked Christian sites. Many Christians’ shops and homes have also been looted and burned by mobs.
But Earnest didn’t name or criticize the attackers, even though he did charge the military with perpetrating “violence… against peaceful protestors.”

It’s very easy to believe that it wasn’t a mere mis-speak, in light of all the anti-Christian rhetoric being spewed from military “advisors”, academics, etc, and all the anti-Christian lawsuits being pursued. There are just too many “accidental” mis-speakings with this administration, from Hussein on down, to not see a pattern.
The very first one was Hussein’s phrase “my Muslim faith”, which he didn’t even correct himself, Stephanopolous quickly stepped in to correct him by saying “you mean your Christian faith”. It’s been one anti-Christian thing after another ever since.
I don’t believe Hussein is “the” anti-christ (he has neither the brains nor the charisma the real anti-christ will have to attain total power), but I certainly do believe that he’s a little anti-christ and a forerunner showing how easily the “big one” will be accepted, even pleaded with to lead the people.

A STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE In 2009, Obama made a self-serving, suck-up speech in Cairo----apologizing for America's historical role in the Middle East. Obama calculatedly set the stage for the Egyptian president's overthrow by the mob.
When the worst-case scenario happened, when Obama's personal choice---Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, Mohamed Morsi, was elected president----Obama sap-happily sent his secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, to Cairo to personally kiss-up to Morsi---(perhaps at that time hatching their plans to destroy Westen civiliation in compliance w/ Muslim Brotherhood dictates?).
Obama added a treacherous ill-advised component to US foreign policy----sucking up to the very people who want to kill Americans and destroy American churches.
Obama was prostrate in obeisance before Muslim leaders---portraying teeming Muslim majorities there as ""victims of Western colonialism and Cold War policies, stupidly promoted democracy among conflicting cultures w/ thousands of years of religious and territorial factionalism.
"The relationship between Islam and the West includes centuries of coexistence and cooperation, but also conflict and religious wars," Obama said in the June 2009 speech in Cairo. "More recently, tension has been fed by colonialism that denied rights and opportunities to many Muslims, and a Cold War in which Muslim-majority countries were too often treated as proxies, without regard to their own aspirations."
Fast froward to 2013: in the past 4-5 days, the savage Muslim Brotherhood torched some 57 Egyptian churches and Christian businesses. Obama ignored the bloodbath and spent the crisis dining out, golfing, power-partying, and vacationing in exclusive Martha’s Vineyard on the taxpayers' dime.
Amen and they are the ground where the seeds of new Christian believers come from.
.....And the Christian faith is growing fastest in the global south.
The good news is that, the more the Christian faith is attack, the more it grows and spreads.
They deserve it for existing in the middle of a Muslim country! /s
