DUNCAN, Okla. —Two teens have been formerly charged Tuesday with the slaying for a East Central University baseball player from Australia and another teen is accused of being an accessory.
Chris Lane, a 22-year-old baseball player at East Central University, was killed Friday in a drive-by shooting.
James Francis Edwards, Jr. 15, and Chancey Allen Luna, 16, were both charged with first-degree murder.
Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, was charged with use of a vehicle in the discharge of weapon and accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.
According to court documents, the trio fired a .22 caliber revolver at Chris Lane, killing him.
First-degree murder is punishable by death, life in prison or life without parole.
Lane, an exchange student on a baseball scholarship at ECU in Ada, was killed in a drive-by shooting on Friday.

I’ve heard media reports, and nobody in the media has called this an interracial hate crime. No news outlets are reporting that the killers are African-American.
How does the media decide when race is important? In the Zimmerman case, race was the key issue to liberals. In this case, if you only listen to the MSM, you would never know that black killers did this crime.
The victim, OTOH, would not:
Waiting for marches in the street, No Justice No Peace chants, al and jessie grabbing microphones, etc.

If the MSM doesn't name the race, the perp/perps are black.
If the MSM doesn't report the political affiliation, he's/they're democrats.
The funniest is the local media announcing folks to BOLO a perp, then no mention of the race. Yes it happens. So ridiculous.

Will there even by a trial? Osama has already absolved these monsters of all guilt. Remember that horrible Zimmerman post-verdict speech where he blamed all the crime and dysfunction of this community on the system of slavery and racism that is long gone. Therefore its not their fault.
He was charged as an accessory. Probably he was the driver or the youngest of them.
He wasn't the youngest, so it looks like he drove the getaway car, or he helped them hide the weapon or hid them in some way............

I think it's more significant to note that if these two had fathers, they would look like Obama.
The 17 year old was the driver of the car.
He was also the guy that called the Sheriff to his cell to confess so he probably is providing evidence on the other two to avoid the death penalty or to cut a plea deal.
The first to squeal gets the deal.
He’s 17 so the death penalty is out......as they all are........
They ought to update that to 'currently charged' while they're at it. And then charge 'em up with current after conviction. (Of course, they're innocent until proven to be under-aged victims of a racist society...)
